It is a school that has a good design to a certain extent, good room size, good bed. “perfect king bed size could say “only 2 hotel in Mae Sot” have this kind of bed size.” The location of the hotel is in a bad position and feel that the "Owner" has no desire to do business anymore, so treats the customer with carelessness, not caring, and why did you book the room even though they I don't want to do business anymore. Said to sell a room including breakfast, but I already gave the room a merit Will you still have breakfast? something like that I wish you good luck. Shameful building but no regrets the location

Book 3 rooms, open for 2 rooms, ask customers to pay bill also give 2 rooms, no drinking water, no breakfast. Overall very bad

When booking the Grand Petcharat Hotel image But when actually staying with Petcharat Hotel, it is an old hotel, not like in the pictures at all, the service is poor, the receptionists are not all foreigners. Breakfast is just bread and coffee. The reception was terrible, very disappointed as the booking saw another photo but actually went to get another place to stay. When staying, I asked the staff whether it was reserved because of the Grand Petcharat booking. Why stay here? The staff said yes, which pays Grand price, but staying in an old hotel doesn't understand much of the feeling of booking a hotel. Which causes a lot of feelings to the trip of the trip
