Because there was air pollution in Chiang Mai, so I cannot fly to there. I accept the policy to pay but I feel frustrate a little bit.

I booked the room with the balcony and the view from my room was great. Overall the room was clean but for some bad smell in the bathroom sometimes. The staff there were friendly and helpful.
