The room is nothing like the photos, just old smelly room, with dirty or ripped sheets and terrible WIFI. On the plus side: 1- The staff is nice. 2- The location is OK. 3- Had good water pressure. 4- Aircon works well.

This hotel is more comfortable. Have the bus in front of the hotel. Have the garden. i like it very much.

Very nice garden area, friendly staff. decent buffet breakfast for 120 baht with eggs cooked to order (tasty omelette). Good coffee from the machine in the buffet area. There is a problem with many small ants in the bathroom but it didn't particularly bother me. Walls are a bit thin between the rooms but I used earplugs. Apparently they used to have rental bicycles to get around town. It would be great if they reintroduced this because I couldn't find one to rent anywhere:( All in all a good value for money stay and I will return to Piman Garden if I'm back in Khon Kaen.

Every thing (room, bed, blanket, pillow etc.) is the same from previous staying in 7 years ago! So it becomes very old bedding. The Hotel still uses blanket instead of Quilt. Staff did not have a service mind. We requested to have connected room which was available. But she said that it was occupied. However, we found that there was no one stay in another connected room. You can find new hotels with cheaper cost nearby.
