The staff is very bad. They complained and said that OYO has been cancelled and only accepts walk-ins. I would like to ask if customers will know when they can book in the app. The room is not as advertised. The room is old. The building smells of cat poop and is not clean and full of lizard poop.

Impressed since check-in The staff did not check how many rooms we have booked. We have booked with agent for 2 rooms. But returned the key to one room Have to waste time to clarify The room (304) is old. Not like in the picture on the web Has a musty smell The light in the room was dim, I could hardly see anything. The air conditioner has a malfunction. It takes a very long time to get cold and the air conditioner doesn't have a remote so it can't adjust the temperature. The TV is in an old condition, the TV signal is not good, can't see at all. The bathroom also smells. Employees do not pay much attention to customers. Not impressed with the service Very disappointed with booking with this website I want to check with the hotel regarding the picture that does not match the actual condition of the hotel.
