I checked in at 14h (room #15), with the intention to sleep after a 20h sleepless journey. 3 workers were cutting the grass outside, it was noisy as hell. Immediately I asked the receptionist to take the room on the opposite side of the corridor (#16), and be silent. Receptionist confirmed the room was free but didn't propose anything. She expected me to leave, but I did not. I couldn't understand why refusing, she didn't give any reason for not swapping rooms. She called her manager and they talked for a long time. Ultimately they told me the workers will stop working within 15 minutes (14:40). I knew it was bs, and of course they continued to cut till 19:00. I literally lost a day's holiday because of that. Shame. Even the cleaning lading didn't understand refusal. Apart from that no AC in the lobby. No king size bed, just 2 double beds jointed! 1000 baht deposit. Room was big but the chairs were uncomfortable. Awful view from the room. Noisy AC. No breakfast served!

This time is my forth time to stay. The location is very good. You could walk to Central Phuket. The accommodation is good compared to price, I have paid. However, the pillow is quite thick. I do not feel good with my neck. Overall is OK.
