In the heart of busy Sukhumvit area. Access to BTS station in walking distance. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants. Just opposite of the Empshere mall.

This hotel provides a really good service. All staff are friendly and nice. The location is perfect, surrounded by convenient stores, malls, and BTS. However, the room is a bit small and there is some smell from the bathroom drain.

Very good for a short stay. Very good location.

Forgot to take a picture of the hotel, but what is certain is that the hotel is comfortable and very strategic, a little walk away there is Sevel, a mall. If you want to take public transportation, this hotel is also close to the bus stop and BTS and MRT. Overall the best!

The room is good, clean, and comfortable but I can hear all the sound from outside my room which can be annoying. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is right across Emsphere but quite a walk (10 min) from either Phrom Phong or Asok BTS station.

Overnight stay because I'm heading to Phuket next. Room size fits the concept, but cozy, clean, fully equipped and friendly service.

Private single room, small but adequate. The light is a bit dark and yellow, a bit inconvenient for makeup.

I stayed at S Box since it was very close to a concert venue I was attending. Booked a single box 5.5 room for 4D3N and it was beyond great. The room might be quite stuffy for 2 guests with some luggages. The room got customisable ambience light and a cute teddy bear, such a nice gesture. I really like that it is strategically located in front of EmSphere and so close to the main road. Great location even for a solo female traveler. It’s so easily accessible by BTS and MRT, also a plus point of you want to go around the city by public transportation. The staffs were so, so friendly. I had some problem with my keycard slot but it was resolved quickly. Lots of options for restaurants around, besides the ones at the mall. Also, there’s a 7-11 nearby. I only have one photo, but the room is exactly as advertised. I will definitely come back to stay if I have another concert at UOB Live in the future.

This is my 4th time staying here because it is near the hospital where I have to do some business.. The 3rd time and this is the latest time...the housekeeper did not change the bed sheet, blanket cover that the previous customer had slept in, and put 2 pillowcases on top of the old pillowcase that the previous customer had slept in..call the manager to come and check the hair and scraps of cloth on the bed so that they can change to a new clean one. Very bad...no loyalty to customers The staff who take care of breakfast are polite and well-mannered

My second time in here! And it's always been a really good experience to stay in here

Cancelled by s box after booking for about 3 weeks. We booked on September 27th and received an email canceling on November 18th, stating that the rooms were full and offered to stay at another place. We were okay with that because at least the hotel found a new place to stay, so we confirmed it because we were afraid that there wouldn’t be a place to sleep. After confirming, we received an email stating that the new place had been booked successfully. The email stated that this email could be used to check-in on the check-in day. However, on the actual check-in day, we took a car to the new hotel that we had booked but our name was not on the booking list. So we informed the hotel that it was cancelled by s box and offered to stay here. The staff contacted s box to check. In the end, our name was still there and we could check in normally. We had to walk from this hotel back to s box, which was a walkable distance but quite far. If the hotels were further apart, would they be responsible for our travel expenses? I don’t know how this happened. They said they wanted to cancel because the rooms were full but in fact they hadn’t cancelled our name, and they confirmed the new booking but in reality they hadn’t made the booking yet. This was a huge mistake by s box. It destroyed a lot of our trust. If we arrive and there is no place to stay, how will you take responsibility for us? I am very unhappy with the mistake that happened. (P.S. I know that there are many shifts of employees, so I would like to commend the two male employees who started work on the morning of December 1st for helping me check out and recommending a route to return. Thank you.)

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and convenient. There are motorcycle taxis. I would like to use the service often.

The staff was very friendly, hospitable. They support me check in and check out early without any extra fee. Room was clean everyday. Location near the new shopping mall Emsphere and bts phomphrong, Asok (MRT intersection).
