This is not a 5 stars hotel so please be mindful if you are a crazy hygiene person, you might want to choose other expensive hotel. Please be realistic for what you pay is what you get. For all my friends all around the world, backpackers team, budget friendly tourists, yes this hotel can be the best option in Phuket. I asked for a twin bed, strictly non smoking room, and non weed area, yes I got what I want. The (I am really sorry, I forgot to ask your name) chubby girl at the restaurant on the first floor was super super super helpful, always cheerful, and you did an excellent customer service, you are the best, my sister. If I come back to Phuket, definitely I will choose this hotel again. Cheers ☺.
