We went to this property on our wedding night for a well deserved rest after long wedding preparations. We informed the hotel about this and got the kindest note, champagne, cake and several complementary food . The staff was amazing and the stay was nothing but excellent. We booked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and we wanted to sunbathe when we were not sightseeing . The outdoor pool is small .It is positioned in area where it sits in the shadow of the building for most of the daylight hours. We simply couldn’t sunbathe . Eating and drinking in the rooftop bar . The views and service was exception . Unfortunately,so were the prices. The Hotel is positioned in an elevated position ,up a hill . Fine when walking down to the Bosphorus ,but muscle burning ,and lung bursting on the way up . The walk back requires you to be fit . The doormen at the hotel were exceptional . Crabbing cabs ,ordering taxis ,keeping the queue orderly . The hotel is classy ,and clean as you would expect from the Conrad brand . If you don’t get a room to rear of the hotel ,the garden grounds are uninspiring.

Don’t understand the high rating for this hotel. Breakfast was inedible and I am not a picky eater. Also was told they had no tables and I had to wait for a table only to be seated with other people on a big table. Facilities are just ok nothing special. Good location.

I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean. Hotel facilities were modern and well kept. The location is very nice in Besiktas — you can walk and taxis are available easily. All in all i would highly recommend! Special thanks to Bulent and Mehmet for their warm welcome.

"We had an amazing 5-day stay at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel with our kids! The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Special shoutout to Mustafa, who made our check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free. He even surprised our kids with adorable seagull dolls as a hotel gift, which brought huge smiles to their faces! The rooftop bar offered stunning views, and the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch. All in all a fab hotel at a great location. Good amenities and helpful staff. Amazing views from the bar. Little nuances like room not set up with extra bed, forgotten orders at the restaurant and bar due to high number of guests, shampoo and conditioner holders not filled up etc but overall really good stay and would choose to stay here again.
