Excellent 5 star hotel and staff in downtown

Lovely stay at all-suites. Staff friendly and room perfect for what we needed. Adjoining to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a short walk to the main Beach Rotana hotel and all associated facilities. Big thanks to the very friendly waitress who ran the Suites Cafe (which is the breakfast area for guests at this part of the property) who was very kind and accomodating.

The staff and service was excellent. From check in to check out the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous (Sheheryar, George, Saleh and Naveen! The location is very convenient with lots of dining options in the area and the Abu Dhabi mall connected to the hotel internally! However, the beach area is a flop. The hotel shouldnt be calling itself a beach hotel because its really a very small shore area that is surrounded by concrete structures and buildings (clear and depressing views of the Cleveland clinic)!

Room was worn out.Sofas were all stained Lobby was gloomy and the room as well, We shifted to Beach Rotana which was excellent

Absolutely amazing and such good value for money! All staff were very helpful and friendly, from check in to checking out. The room was very spacious and clean. The situation of the suites was amazing too, within the Abu Dhabi Mall/ main Rotana Hotel complex. Due to Covid-19 access from the suites to the main hotel was closed, but it was fantastic to be able to make use of the golf buggy between the 2 sites. To have use of the beach / pool at the hotel was amazing too. Staff at Prego's Italian restaurant in the main hotel, where I dined each night were lovely. I would like to thank Ms Khin(m?) in Room Service for her kindness. I had breakfast by Room Service each morning of my stay, and on the first day asked would I like to choose the same time each day. Even when I changed the order for the second morning she remembered my order from previous day, and also the timing. The waiting staff were super too, as was Ms Camille on Front Desk, and the Concierge who assisted with instructing me where to park my car...most helpful. Thank you to all for a very memorable stay. I hope to stay again very soon!

Rotana Beach All suite is not good place to stay. The suites are not part of main hotel. It is at the other end of mall. Have to walk a block to reach to main hotel. Could not check in on time as the room was not clean. Waited 2 hours in lobby. Hotel did not apologize or provided anything to compensate it. Room was smelly and not clean. Would not stay again. The pictures on website are from main hotel and then they put guest in suite which is not part of main hotel. Bad experience

Accidentally arrived to the Beach Rotana Residences, rather than All Suites which is where my booking was for. The two are part of a three property complex with the third being the Beach Rotana Hotel. Residences offered to switch the booking over at no extra cost, which I agreed to despite room sizes being a bit smaller. It was a good choice: the Residences room came with a small kitchen, a balcony, and was brand new / luxurious. Service was excellent and early check in and late check out both provided on a 1 night stay, which was excellent. The pool / beach area, which is shared between the three properties, was incredibly busy with some guests (me included) resorting to lying on the grassy areas as all the sunbeds were used. This is likely to be a seasonal issue, as between Christmas and New Year, occupancy rates are high but (I would imagine) there are barely any business travellers leaving the hotel during the day, so be aware of that if staying then.

We got an unexpected upgrade. Very clean, service is great and very friendly and helpful staff. Direct connection to the quite convenient.

Overall it was Ok. Certain services were good such as the pool, but other services were ok and not excellent as Khaldiya Palace.

Amazing stay kind staff

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment, with lovely views,will go back

I was only able to stay 2 minutes at the location as the stench from the room was unbearable. I checked out and moved to another hotel. My whole experience of this establishment was poor from first arrival at the Residences where they could not be bothered to direct me to the correct part of the hotel. Overall a terrible experience but thankfully was able to move promptly to another hotel thankfully that I could breathe in!

Great location, staff superb, rooms were large and comfortable, only issue is that the suits are not in the main building and this is not notified until arrival, making the use of all facilities a walk along the street. Also 3 bedroom Ed suit booked was not available so our group was split over 2 rooms on separate floors which was not ideal

I was upgraded last minute from the main Beach Rotana hotel to The Residences next door. I was a bit apprehensive but the moment I stepped into the property I loved it. I was greeted by the lovely, helpful Charles in reception. The room was spacious, immaculate and very stylish. Breakfast was superb with everything you could want. I’m going to book this hotel to go with a group of friends next year.
