We booked Lapita for Xmas this year. The main purpose was to go to the parks. The stay was pleasant but we noted some opps for improvement.

We really loved everything about the property. But what stood out the most was the amazing staff that worked there. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They are the greatest asset to the property.

Just like other resorts in South East Asia (e.g. Thailand, Vietnam), you get everything you need when you staying in here. Everything in a cozy settings to make you relax. What's more, in Lapita, you have got more theme parks, and a very nice walkable area (the european feel villages) and a outlet nearby in walking distance. However, it is quite remote to outside areas, and the transportation cost is quite expensive in Dubai, i will suggest to stay and enjoy the relaxation within the resort during your stay. And as i travelled in October, it is still very hot under the sun, everyday after 4pm, is the best time to enjoy your pool time and outdoor activities. All in all, is a kids paradise! It is a perfect place to travel with kids!

Great hotel for Families with Children 👍 very close to theme parks

Well kept hotel but very crowded. Due to hot weather, buggy service is offered but it leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest the hotel organize the transportation within the resort /parks via busses and not buggies and set times for the trips.

The services has been dropped and not as before TV was not working the whole time and I reported it but no support My luggage after check out were left on the street and no one load them in the car After long day and all my family members are tired we went to the room to be surprised that keys are not working and we had to wait for 20 min do someone can bring us new keys

Staa go far and beyond to serve customers

The Hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Our second stay and just as enjoyable as our first stay. Staff are always cheerful and go out of there way to provide the best service.

Close to lego land, room size, variety of food at buffer restaurant

Lovely theme around the hotel, clean & fresh. Lovely staff. Great facilities, but perfect after a busy day at the parks!

The food we struggled with. But maybe we are fussy as it was a 4 star. But there were only really 2 restaurants. a pool type lunch spot and a buffet. We were told we could use the Japanese restaurant at check in but when we tried to book there was no space and also it was not included in half board. for the kids on the half board lunch menu they only liked the fish fingers and there was only so many times they could eat the same meal (they ate this 5 times!) service there was very good, main meals were ok but even i got sick of the same dishes and desserts as there were not many options to choose from. the buffet in the evening was awful. but the chefs again helped and made us something custom. we only ate there once. breakfast was great. close to the theme parks which is why we stayed there and actually a really nice resort all in all aside from the food. in future i wouldn't do half board, i would only do breakfast and i would eat at Riverland village instead. very close to an outlet mall which was fab spa was ok very good price wise but a little concerning when myself and my daughter (9yrs old) went for a massage they didn't ask us to fill out any forms. but again you get what you pay for maybe? all in all we were happy we went and happy with the price with all theme parks included etc. really good service for the most part everyone tried their best

The first time to be here. We booked a night here for the water park and the firework. It was an amazing night here. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the check in time is a bit long. The rest is excellent. A great place for kids.

Upon arrival the receptionist didnt want to help us even though we were alone as she was saying she is busy now so we need to wait So we waited 30 min until we went to the room The room didnt have any amenities like no shampoo , no soap , no towels like really empty,and when we talked to them they said yeah becuase of corona which doesnt make any sense They told us that there is a golf car that will come every 10 mins inorder to transport from the room building to the other areas in the hotel but that was a lie , the weather is very hot and humid and the car actually comes every hour if u r lucky and if we start walking and we find a golf car to pick us they dont stop for us becuase we walked and didnt wait It was really disappointment they didnt care, we complained and the manager tried to help by giving free lunch or dinner but really not worth it. Am not comming here again

clean hotel . recommended if you visit with family. They have many activities for kids.
