5-Star Experience at the Marriott Dubai - Perfect for Group Events! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Al Jaddaf in Dubai with a large group for a business conference, and I cannot express how impressed we were with the experience. A special thanks go to Jason, the hotel manager, who was exceptionally attentive and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. His professionalism and hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. We also had the pleasure of working with Aleena and Lucia, the event managers, who were instrumental in coordinating our conference and group dinner. Both ladies were fantastic – organized, responsive, and always on hand to assist with any last-minute changes. The conference setup was seamless, with state-of-the-art facilities, and everything ran smoothly thanks to their diligent planning. The highlight of our stay was the group dinner at the stunning rooftop venue (Viewing Gallery). The ambiance, view, and food were absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking panorama of Dubai’s skyline. The team catered to all dietary preferences, and every dish was delicious. The rooftop venue provided the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening, and our group couldn’t stop raving about it. Overall, the Marriott Al Jaddaf Dubai exceeded our expectations in every way. Been many times to Dubai, but first time at this property. In pictures, it was so nice. And that’s why I booked. In real time, only the exterior is nice. Rooms are very ordinary. Only toilet seems to have retiling done, and of course the walk way outside the rooms. Room condition is poor. Did not expect these standards from Marriot. Table top had coffee stains, bed sheets seem unkempt, and floor had a liquid spillage from ages ago uncleaned. Floor was sticky and unable to walk around. It was so disgusting that I requested for a room change. And it was done promptly. Will not consider a Marriott property in the near future. Only plus is, after room change, hotel gave a Birthday cake. A very sharp staff who assisted with our check-in indeed. And also room attendant who was nice to do up the double swans.
