Great hotel and great staff. The only let down were the guests, it was Diwali week and a lot of overseas guests were staying here the behaviour of these guests was ridiculous and disrespectful towards staff and others staying at the hotel. Otherwise a good property, walking distance to Burjuman mall and tram station. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever gotten. They provide you with everything in the room. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The area is nice as well since there’s transportation available. The metro is near this place which was really helpful. This hotel is affordable as well and is just perfect.

No management in checkin . I was in line people behind me was going before me, nobody controlling or receptionist didn’t even say anything , stayed two times in 10 days ,first time was ok may be no line up in the middle of night,second checkin was terrible, was very upset with the service they provided

Room assigned was different than booked [lower config]. When asked hotel refused to accept expedia booking and squarely blamed it on expedia. No recognition of VIP status and no upgrades.

Property owner is becoming money minded now, staying from last many yrs but things change now. They want to make more money , reduced sitting area in loby and made one resturant and u can't sit in that area if not eating out, for bit of early check-in they want to change even if room is available.

Very poor experience with both check in and checkout. Front desk staff was rude. Could not find my reservation in the system and firmly said that I had no reservation even though I showed my Expedia reservation. Checkout had a hard time charging my credit card that they had put a deposit on. Took half an hour and then I had to use another credit card.

**Hotel Review: Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai**
I recently stayed at Park Regis Kris Kin Dubai for 5 nights on a business trip and was thoroughly disappointed. Having stayed here more than a dozen times over the years, it’s disheartening to see the drastic decline in service quality. Unfortunately, this will likely be my last visit.
The most glaring issue was the customer service. It has deteriorated significantly. The staff seemed indifferent to customer needs and concerns, which is a stark contrast to the attentive service I experienced in the past. The quality of laundry and food services has also dropped sharply.
Room service was particularly frustrating. The person taking my order was unprofessional and dismissive, behaving more like he was running a roadside eatery than a reputable hotel. He denied every request, and I had to accept what he offered, which was subpar.
The breakfast was another major letdown. The Pongal and Vada served looked and tasted awful – more like porridge and rubber balls than the traditional dishes I expected. It’s a shame to see a once-reliable hotel fall to such low standards.
