I stayed at the hotel for it is very close to public transport & it is a quiet location - very happy

Friendly and hardworking staff. Even during busy time, they always serve customers with a smile. I would come back for an enjoyable and relaxing time. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a stress free time in Dubai.

Everything was great!

All staff very helpful. Mehran was very helpful when checking in at the front desk. Gladwell at the reception was also very helpful. Eric and DIAB at the concierge were always courteous and friendly but DIAB went out of his to help with packing our luggage.

Perfect place to stay for your vacation and business trip, every thing you need is around

Good location, bang average hotel, Swiming pools were cold, we were told pool heating system was faulty. We were served food different to what was ordered only for the staff member question what we had ordered. Only when I fact check him he acknowledged but wouldn’t rectify implying t would land him in hot water. Not wanting to jeopardise someone’s job we are what was served which was very poor definitely not worth the prices charged. Poor overall many better hotels in the nearby area.

Nice hotel and staff. Cannot fault them. Out of the main tourist area hence the lower price.

This property is not what it used to be. It claims to be 5 star but clearly its not. Presently it is at best a 4 star hotels. And this is putting it generously. Housekeeping is just terrible. On the day we checked-in in our suite, the telephone was not working, there were no bathroom floor mats, only one bathrobe for 2 guests and one pod of complementary coffee

Very busy area that I liked. Lots of people and very vibrant. Staff both at the front desk and cleaning was great.

We liked everything in that hotel.

As the package including hotel was booked via Expedia, arriving at 3AM in the morning, the hotel was booked as of the 3 PM the afternoon later that day...meaning that the first night of arrival was not covered by Expedia. Terrible system from Expedia which I did not notice before arrival. (Please improve your systematic technology when it comes to booking packages in order to avoid further losing credibility of future customers..mine you already lost). The check in clerk was absolutely not willing to convenience the matter and offered the cheapest room for AED 942 for the additional hours of the morning, despite a stay booked for 7 days in that very hotel. Not willing to be caged by the situation, I called the hotel I previously stayed in many times before, and they offered a rate which I could not refuse: without mentioning my name (Royal Continental hotel). Returned later that day to check in and waited about 45 minutes as check-in clerk need all the time in the world and can't obviously handle customers efficiently. Expressed this and not sure if this is being picked up. Rooms are clean and spacious, service teams efficient and friendly and the hotel is very well located. No upgrade or whatsoever was offered by the hotel despite confirmation by Expedia. Seriously considering getting rif of Expedia provided their service records.
