We stayed at this property prior to going on a cruise and it was located just a few miles from the cruise port. The room was set up nicely and the property was great! A !

I stayed at this property the night before leaving for a cruise. The property is 15 to 20 mins away from the cruise port. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. The toilet seat in our bathroom was off balance but that is the only negative.

The room was clean and hotel seemed pretty new but there were two issues: 1. at check in they tell you there is a $30 destination fee per day that has to be paid, but that it can be applied as a $30 credit towards food and beverage. This makes you think that you either pay $30 a day or can buy food/beverage and the $30 applies to that and one just pay the difference of the $30 daily credit. That is not the case and highly misrepresented! You pay a daily $30 fee regardless of whether or not you get food. On top of that fee, if you get food and bev, they take up to $30 off. The way it’s represented is purposely unclear to get people to buy food and bevs at the hotel. When I raised this to the manager Alex he was quite rude and irritated and ultimately credited me back my daily parking fee which was the same as the daily resort fee. 2. The staff does not seem to know how the pool works. It was not heated the first day we got there (heated pool main reason we booked this hotel) and were told we have to request for heating to be turned on everyday. Yet when we call in the morning, the receptionist always seemed confused as to why we are calling with the request. I raised this to the manager Alex as well only for him to tell me that he did not see a record of this being raised with a supervisor

I really enjoyed the hotel because it has many nice, fun rest areas. Gym is very nice as well as the rooftop where you can have good grill food looking at the beautiful sunset of the beach in Miami.

We loved the hotel and the service we had from everyone! Only thing I’d note for others is that it’s a longer walk to areas like design district than it looks overhead due to a railroad affecting the routes to the closest shops/restaurants/etc. and I would say the walk across there may not be ideal later at night, but a great hotel regardless!

The room was spotless. Good lighting in the bathroom. Very quiet even for a city location. Helpful staff. All good!

Amazing service and excellent staff. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, spacious, and cozy with a great view.
