Place was dirty and 15 mins after checking in, we heard gunshots. Room looks nothing like the photos and the restroom and shower were filthy!! We only stayed long enough to book another room elsewhere!! They don’t do refunds so stay away from this place!!!

totally dissatisfied. place very neglected, cleanes poor quality There was a cockroach between the sheets When I killed her, sheet got dirty, I went to service I asked for a change of sheets despite explaining in detail their answer was: until the next day we do cleaning service.

I booked a NON SMOKING room. The lady at the front desk told me it was Expedia’s fault for sending them a confirmation for a SMOKING room. I even showed her my confirmation. Then she told me the only rooms they have left were NON SMOKING would be an upgrade from a king to 2 queens. You would think that they would be nice enough to honor my NON SMOKING room and give me a free upgrade but no, they charged me $20 more. Afterwards, I called Expedia and they said the at they would never give a confirmation of a NON SMOKING however send the motel a different confirmation. At this point, it was already too late. I had checked into the room already and the hotel did a great job conning me! The room was dilapidated. Dirty carpet, dirty bathtub, filthy microwave and fridge. And the tv didn’t work! I would never stay here again.

Rooms are pretty big, refrigerators actually work really well, water pressure a plus, loved it, staff very nice and respond to your needs the best they can to make your stay be great. I would definitely come back and stay, area around not to bad not loud and no one bothers you...

“Hey, just wanted to share my experience with this hotel. The property is in terrible condition, and the rooms aren’t clean. This is the fourth time I’ve had issues, and it will be my last. After being given two dirty rooms with bad smells, I was charged an extra $10 for a non-smoking room. I even offered my credit card, but the staff refused and just brushed it off, saying this is what happens when you choose a ‘cheap’ hotel. I know they only charged me the $10 because I bothered them—no receipt was given. I definitely don’t recommend staying here.”

Very dirty room. Thick layer of dust. Tv hanging way crooked. AC control panel broken. Couldn't close bathroom door. Microwave had old food stuck inside on tray. Shower head was crusted and leaking. Not very likely I'll stay there again.

You get what you pay for. No elevator and didn't give wifi info until I came back down to ask for it. Maggots outside of the door to the room and 2 big flies inside the room. I managed to kill them but still unsettling. Can definitely use some upgrading especially the restroom. King size bed with only 2 flat pillows, luckily we always bring our own. Deep cleaning needed and some vacuuming in the corners as they were filled with lint. TV would not stay turned off which explains why it was on when I arrived. We literally had to unplug it from the wall. Only 2 towels and no washcloths. Roll of toilet paper half gone and no extra roll. Hangers were all dusty and some broken. Our room was in the corner so it was quiet but I didn't sleep well thinking that something was going to crawl on me. Will not be going back...
