Always a pleasure dealing with staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very little parking. We stayed in room 316. The hotel and room was very clean. The window in our room was drafty, every time the wind blew the curtains would rattle. My room was on third floor with balcony facing Hatfield McCoy show. So we were able to see a lot of attractions but the room was across from the underground parking ramp. When someone would drive over ram it would make horrible banging sounds. No one got any sleep the 2 nights we stayed. Hotel was right off of parkway and you could hear traffic coming and going all thru the night. The night stand was missing the drawer and fridge rattled. Hotel was hard to pull into and if you want to go to island you had to drive up the already busy street and make a U-turn. I won’t recommend staying here.

Good stay and covenient

The room itself was clean however the hallways and elevator needs remodeled. The breakfast was okay but the area is very small and not set up for a very large crowd. There is a separate room down the hall for overflow. The staff was very good about keeping the quantity of food available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Poor cleanliness... Pool broken down

We really enjoyed this hotel the room was bigger that anticipated and the place was very clean and the staff was excellent very nice place to stay will definitely recommend this to anybody that wants a nice and clean place to stay and the beds was very comfortable overall it was a very relaxing and peaceful place for our father son trip

Wonderful place to stay. Only prob was during this stay the elevator was broken and I’m not really capable of the stairs. We managed. Other than that great stay!

I love the beautiful quality of materials used in the room design. New, clean, roomy, balconies. I love the vanity lighting!! We keep coming back!

The room & breakfast were good. We had a room facing the street so it was noisy with the traffic. Also the elevator is in the rear which was quite a walk to the breakfast area & parking.

My daughter and I were there for a mini-vaca; we stayed 3 nights. While the overall stay wasn't horrible, there were just a couple little minor things. Nothing that really made me completely dissatisfied; I'd stay there again. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom/shower also, was just immaculate! The beds were comfortable! The breakfast however, was okay-ish; the cereal seemed stale. But there were enough things offered to hold you over. The light behind the mirror in the room didn't work. But there was a light right overhead as you walked into the room and a mirror on the sliding bathroom door immediately to the left as you walk into the room, so I didn't make a fuss about the light behind the mirror, I just improvised. The elevators were all the way in the back of the hotel instead of near the front like most places. Our room was all the way up front on the 2nd floor so having to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to catch the elevator and then walk all the way back towards the front to our room. Again, not really a deal breaker but just maybe worth mentioning. Each room I believe had its own balcony. It started snowing a little while we were there so it was nice to step out and watch the snow fall. All in all, it was a good stay. I've had better but I've definitely had way worse!!

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. It’s on the main road so you can hear road noise. It did not bother us. Nice room. Nice breakfast.

The front desk was extremely friendly upon check in, the room and overall hotel were clean. The breakfast options were good. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was ok we have stayed at this hotel the couple of years on our little weekend getaway and always liked it but this time the room just wasn’t that good a lot of the ports like to plug stuff in like phones and usb didn’t work some lights didn’t work the water for jetted tube smelled like chlorine so we basically had to take a shower after we got out of the tub the chairs were like sitting on bricks and the floors were nasty like to hit and been mopped in a while we won’t be staying here again for the price it should’ve been a lot nicer.

Great place. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfy but near the fridge there was a smell like someone drop a bottle of wine or alcohol and the smell wouldn’t go away even with housekeeping cleaning the room so that would take a half star away for me. Besides this very clean and great personnel at the front desk. They even have an electric charging for your car for a small fee of course. Would recommend. Not far from all the good Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions.

I had an excellent stay here. The loft style room was extremely convenient and comfortable, and most importantly clean. I also had a few personal requests and staff accommodated me well. Even being out on the balcony was nice. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
