The desk had a lamp, but didn’t work, chairs were worthless to sit in, desk chair thought I was going to fall backwards out of it, kids running up and down halls at 11:00 at night

Allowed kids running up and down halls way past 11 pm guests where partying in the room next to us didn't get any sleep

Clean hotel with a nice pool for the kids.

The hotel was great - comfortable bed, and even though there were a lot of families staying there, it was quiet! The only negative was breakfast our second morning - we went down an hour before it closed and there was no sausage and no orange juice. They did bring out more waffles - but they were cold! So that was rather disappointing!

The experience was awesome met every expectation the king suite made my wife say oh my god how nice

When checking in around 8:00 PM, there was only 1 person at the front desk helping another guest. I waited more that 10 minutes without any help. I left and checked in later that night.

Nice place reasonable price would stay again

The property itself was good. Room was clean, comfortable bed, fair price. However, it was very poor on service. We had towels for three yet we booked for four. We called to the front desk for towels and no towels were ever delivered. Before bed we called down asking for breakfast hours and were told open until 10. We arrived in the breakfast area at 9 and all food was removed, only to find out it actually ended at 9. Upon checking with the front desk for options, a discount, voucher for breakfast somewhere else, etc. no apology was offered, only that we were mistaken and it is a complimentary breakfast so no value could be offered back to us. Very frustrating and so sad to see this type of service these days. 30 years ago it would be unheard of to not have them apologizing and doing what they could to make it right. To top it off, as we were walking away from the front desk she had the audacity to offer a sarcastic Merry Christmas. There was not an ounce of true Merry Christmas in her statement, apparently feeling that we should be “grateful” for the circumstances. Just so, so sad. When will leadership in these businesses insist on customer service again as a priority?

This is a very nice property, It was very busy on the weekend and I was there for travel. The room they put me in the first night was gorgeous. I had to stay another night because of weather but had already checked out. The next room I was put in was a king bed. Didn't like that one so much and I was supposed to have two queens. Not a big deal. Beside the fact there were so many kids and families there, the room was quiet. The front desk employees were wonderful and very helpful as I had an issue with this 3rd party booking. I've now learned it's better to book with the property so I don't have this same issue again. I enjoyed my stay and would book this property again.

Very nice property, great restaurant and clean rooms.

Girls at front desk were all super pleasant and accomdating minus 2 of them. Rooms were clean and comfy, swimming was a lot of fun during the weekdays it was quiet and calm, hottub has always been working. Only deal is a lot of nights people like to drink by the pool and its super loud, other than that partys are expected - but irregardless they close at 11 and its kept nice and quiet. Breakfast isnt super desirable but its better than just cold cereal or nothing. Coffee machine by the front door was my go to every morning. Definitely would return ☺️
