The room was comfortable. I could hear walking by above us. Other than that it was pretty quiet. The room was clean and bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast area was kept clean and the staff were friendly. They had it stocked. I would definitely return.

I have never been to a hotel where they run out of towels. My entire family and I were left without towels and their cleaning crew didnt come in until 9 the next day.

Christmas 2024 was awesome! Only complaint I have is to give the breakfast staff more equipment to keep food hot and more food. It seems like there were shortages of the main food people wanted I.e. eggs, sausage and bacon and biscuits etc.

We were there for 4 nights. They were incapable of supplying our room with towels until the 4th night. This was unacceptable. Everything else about the property is fine. But not having towels for each guest room is shameful.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. They had a variety of food to choose from and it was fresh. The room was ok for the most part however it seemed when they got to the bathrooms they gave up on the repairs and renovations. It looked like a DIY job half done.

Very nice room, perfect for family with kids or additional guest. Pull out sofa was comfy, master bed had closing doors, included kitchen/fridge/microwave and 2 TVs. All rooms are close to parking and there was a 24 hour self-purchase convenience market.

Was a good but disappointing as we booked it as it had a gym but the gym was a storage room and not informed of this even at check in. Annoying to get room service you need to tell them a day in advance! What happened to staying at a hotel and you get room service daily no questions asked! Isn’t that what your paying for?
