The property was clean the room was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and they even had several gluten free options! The only negative was the hot tub didn't get very hot and the jets didn't work well but i appreciated that we were still able to use it even in the rain.

Our room was on the 3rd floor , with no elevator. this shocked me because there was no mention of this.when we booked the room.We are senior citizens,and It was very hard getting our luggage up the stairs. The desk clerk did'nt ask us if we needed help. The room. was okay, but the carpets were dirty.

Older, dirty hotel that is very overpriced. Carpet is disgusting - in rooms and throughout halls and stairs. No elevator. Room was disappointing. Hard, junk bed. Not enough outlets to charge phones. AC was obnoxiously loud and so close to bed that you’d freeze with it on or be miserably hot without it. Very disappointed stay. Convenient though.

Mid-October visit for a couple nights. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at a Best Western. Most of my stays are in smaller hotels. Be advised, despite non-smoking rooms, there was rampent pot smoking in nearby rooms seeping into the hallways as easily as 8am and into the night. The rooms were well worn well-constructed rooms, very little noise from other patrons, but the bedding was thin and we were cold at night.

The room stunk like old hotel. There is no elevators and the Breakfast eggs were so soggy and beware of ants during breakfast my bagel had an ant and even napkins I brought back to my table

Other than the huge bug in the bathroom, no decent grab bar to get into high tub (the bar was at the back wall of the tub), and non-ADA toilets, it was okay. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.
