The room was so big and comfortable! Very nice kitchen, all the kitchen utensils that you will need
Nice size refrigerator, Only thing my kids complained about was the Tv. You can’t access any streaming services from their devices (ie can’t log into any of your personal accounts from their television) then then that great room love it!!!

We have to been to Chula Vista multiple times and always have a great time. Our most recent visit was this winter and the only thing I wish, was If the water park was in the same building so we wouldn’t have to go out in the cold but other than that, everything was great! My kids love it.

My family and I had an awesome time. The indoor pool water was heated which was a plus and there New year eve family party/ adult was amazing. We definitely had a blast.

The room description and photos are not accurate at all.
The rooms are not in great condition. They are also not cleaned during your stay but you are not made aware of that ahead of time.
The staff is unkind and not knowledgeable.
The water park is a good size and a lot of fun for kids of varying ages.

Didnt like much about this place got 2 rooms that sleep 8 well that is what it said. Whole night the drunk guys down the hallway wererunning up and down it while knocking on the doors. Paid a cleaning deposit but had to clean the dishes before useing it there was throw up on the outside balcony we were on 3rd floor. Oh and the drunk guy who was in the hot tub threaten to beat up out 14 and 16 year old sons cause they didnt think his gf was hot and when told a life gaurd about it nothing was done about it but told us it be best if we left well not go again

None of the amenities were open. Water park closed, spa closed, breakfast buffet closed, restaurants closed. We had to travel out to go to another water park. NOT WORTH WHAT I PAID!!!! So disappointed and upset!

Room was warm when we entered! Perfect, it was pretty cold outside! It was quiet in the hotel for a New Year’s holiday! I was impressed! Beds could have been a little more comfortable and extra blankets would have been nice as well. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this condo!

It is rather disappointing to arrive at a water park during the Christmas season, only to discover that a considerable portion of the pool is closed. The staff informed us that it would be reopened within a few hours; however, this did not transpire. We had brought a toddler with us, and regrettably, the section of the pool designated for small children remained closed for the duration of our visit.

The villas are off the beaten path. Maybe 5 other cars total the 4 days we were there. We had a great experience.
One thing to note- the shuttle buses DO NOT run during the winter…. We just needed to plan ahead, and have everything with us. Parking was nice and close when we got to the waterpark.
Of all the vacations we have been to in the Dells, this was by far our best experience. EVERYONE was friendly, kind, and patient. Especially the lifeguards!

We were told the condo would sleep nine people. At the most I would aleep in it would be 8. We also found a dead mouse next to fridge. The resort didnt want to do anything because I booked through Hotels.com. They finally gave a free night and moved us because Hotels called them. There isn't much to do there for kids and the Grandkids got bored. The water coaster and half the kids area were shutbdown. There was so much dust on the slides you could see it from the floor. I would not recommend wasting your money here when there are better options in the Dells.
