It was handy and pretty quiet.

The room was as adverstised. The breakfast was adaquate and the HOST WAS GREAT. She's a lovely person. Truly. She would make sure that you had everything that was made available & provided great conversation throughout the stay. The issue with this hotel in it's current state is the pool is out for the foreseeable future. They clearly just bought the property & are doing their best to freshen it up. It's my understanding that the breakfast set up is new so that speaks to that. In meantime though, there are things that just don't work or are available. Like the machines in the exercise room. The washer! The dryer works though. Things that made the stay less than ideal at times. I did use the free weights though. Hopefully, once they get to address those type of things, the hotel will be what it should be. These are the reasons I rated it the way that I did. I was there for 5 days so I had to make other accomodations for these type of things. Staff was friendly though! All of them.

Room was broken and beds were dirty

My stay was alright. The reviews practically did a good job in describing the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the food was ok, the carpet was old, stained and worn, the shower head was moldy and needs to be cleaned.

Pool was "under construction" and no kick back for that inconvenience. The sofa bed my kids were on was more of a see-saw than a usable bed. The "free breakfast" was less than desirable. I would look for another place to be honest.

Property is nice…clean and convenient to get to restaurants etc…

This property has seen better days. It needs some regular maintence and some deep cleaning in the common areas. The staff is really great, very friendly and accommodating. The lady that takes care of the continental breakfast was the sweetest and one of the highlights of the trip.

Customer service was great

The air in my room was on 61, but it was hotter than heck in there. The bathtub looked dirty. There was hair on the bathtub walls. The room smelled. Just not a pleasant experience.

Rooms very dirty and run down. Mold on curtians from AC. Bottom of bathtub was stained brown. Shower head filthy. Would not recommend.

Room was not clean

Well, the appearance when we first got there was disappointing. The hotel is ran down knees a lot of upgrades renovation whatever the carpet was really really dirty in the hallway and in the hotel room the bathtub was staying where you could not get the stains out. They tried to fix it or improve to cover up some of the damage or wear and tear didn’t work well, they didn’t have bath towel holders to hang your bath towels on once you get out the shower. The bed was comfortable. The pillows was comfortable, but we didn’t feel comfortable because the room was just so old. The carpet was just dirty and we had to walk around with our shoes , and with our flip-flops on the exercise room is very small. I didn’t see the swimming pool but I stay there again.
