It was horrible

Everything went perfect clerk was nice and very helpful

Did not realize people lived there. Smoking everywhere despite multiple signs on the property. Our room smelled awful. Our smoke detector was smashed and yellow. We picked this placed because of the restaurant, which was a great experience but overall felt very unsafe and all rooms have outdoor entrances. Sheets were clean which is a plus but it was a tough one night stay.

They gave me excellent service They was very polite, very respectful and I was definitely recommend others to come here

Great place

Value priced jacuzzi room. Clean room. An older but carefully kept property. Reminds me of a 70’s Ramada. Lobby and common areas are updated and were spotless. Coffee in the lobby sucks, but that’s not a big deal. No hassle on the cash deposit return. I held up my end of their bargain, and they did on their end. Overall, my expectations matched up with what they delivered. Nice stay, nice staff.

Overall a good experience. There is room to be left for cleanliness but their beds were amazing, shower was hot, staff was friendly, over all was clean and they have the huddle sports bar that has amazing food! I would give it an overall 4 stars, and choose this as the most cost effective vs amenities. I’ve stayed here a few times and will stay again

Let me tell you what they won't. This property is full of undercover police. I know, because I know. Not only that, it was being outfit with electronic monitoring devices in the attic above the second floor. The entire first day and night was nothing but activity of work being done loudly, even at 2-3am. I asked the desk who were unaware of such activity, even though there's no rooms above the second floor. Upon check out I told the lady about the noises asking for some sort of comp. She said no one was working up there. And they don't comp. After that first night, I heard various high pitch frequencies continuously which weren't there before. It's intercepting cell signals, using Bluetooth to infiltrate your device unknown to you. DO NOT use the computer in the lobby, it has a number of covert programs running I discovered first hand. DO NOT use their WiFi either. It's good practice to not use anyone's WiFi honestly for the same reasons..These illegal tactics are more common then we know. The same type of traps are happening in a lot of hotels I've seen myself. Take your girls and slap somewhere else !This place is cooked !!

My state was okay just stayed in a room had to clean it it was a little dirty but other than that the website says breakfast but all they offer is donuts and they're not even like fresh donuts they're just donuts in a package but I stay here a little bit and it was all right

Seems like it used to be a nice property but the room definetely needs maintenance and despite rules about no smoking the room smelt like someone was smoking there constantly, I was there with a 10 year old child!

I only interacted with the front desk staff at the check-in, thankfully. After 10 hours of travel, we arrived early to the hotel, and the front desk worker who was not understanding or accommodating whatsoever for an early checkin. The response was there’s no room ready and it would be a $25 fee. I responded that the fee isn’t an issue but that we would love to check-in early (~10 am at the time) as we were exhausted from travel. She rudely replied there’s no way a room will be ready before 2pm. Additionally, my mother, who is older in age and has bladder issues, pleaded desperately with the front desk worker to use the restroom. The response was “this is the entire lobby do you see a bathroom?”. I was ready to cancel my stay and go somewhere else, had another worker not come outside and offered us access to the adjacent bar bathroom. The rooms are not the cleanest, nor the most kept, but for the price the room was quiet, spacious, and comfy. Candidly, I’ve never had such a horrible experience with staff at a hotel, it may have been that the woman at the desk hates her job, and is ruining this for all other employees. But for that reason I would not recommend a stay here unless you go into it expecting to deal with rude workers.

Behind the hot tub was a window it aas very dirty you could tell no one have cleaned there and under the dressers lots of dust

Room reeked of bleach. No option to change room. Lack of sound insulation. Noisy neighbours at 0430, 0445, 0530 etc (Irealise this isn’t a fault of management but it IS a problem)

Absolutely awful-so bad we had to leave and never got to stay. They had to give us 4 different rooms. Locks were broken off, keys wouldn’t work, plumbing didn’t work-you name it, it happened. The fact that they won’t give you a refund after 15 minutes speaks for itself.
