Awesome hotel staff, perfect downtown location and we had a great time. Free breakfast buffet every morning and complimentary happy hour every night. We will definitely be back. Loved It!!!

Facility very good for people in town for theatre. Easy parking. Breakfast excellent, bar and available food at night very convenient. Facility old but still reflects Embassy Suite characteristics.

The property itselfvwas decent but unfortunately one of the main elevators was not working. There was limited options for lunch or late night dining and no hotel transportation. Lastly I was hit in the arm by the arm for the parking lot while walking by. Luckily it missed my head. Overall not a bad stay just a few inconveniences. If staying downtown I would certainly consider the hotel again.

Typical hotel in the middle of the ghetto. Elevators broke, took anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes to get to the first floor. Buffet not exactly a buffet, patrons have to receive it from servers instead of us being able to get what we want and how much. Staff were friendly don't get this wrong, but this particular Embassy Suites leaves way too much to be desired

The best parts of the stay were the customer service, breakfast, and ‘complimentary’ happy hour. On the outside, the building looks clean, nice, and new. Inside, however, it feels like an older building with older, worn furniture — and the room especially. Clean enough but not spotless. Decent deal on parking considering it’s downtown.

The rooms were very nice, check in was extremely quick and efficient, the bar had a great happy hour for hotel guests. The only negative is the walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations in the next room and people were just talking normally, also lot of outside street noise. Very positive experience overall

I stay here for easy access to Dr. Phillip’s performing arts center. Easy 5-10 minute walk, near the nightlife, rooftop pool is great, free happy hours at bar, full breakfast buffet and omelette bar is great. Great value too.

It would’ve been nice to know that this hotel only had one working elevator. However, one of my biggest complaints would be the greeting or lack there of that we received when we checked in from front desk representative Gisele. Very unfriendly very curt very short. This trip was for our anniversary so our suite was clean and appearance but later we found a roach in the bathroom. I asked for the suite to be cleaned the very next day, however, to the surface, it might’ve been clean, but the linens weren’t changed just the towels itseems. The windowsills were filthy. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I was very surprised the hotel did not have a restaurant. That is one of the few embassy suites that I have ever stayed at that did not have a restaurant. They were redoing the elevator on the busiest time of year. There was only one regular elevator, and one service elevator in working order and they were very slow. The area around the hotel was not very impressive. There was no water in the room and several of their things that we were usually accustomed to at other embassy suites
