Was a very elegant place.

They were very friendly at check in and upon us walking around they checked a few times with us to make sure the stay was going well. The breakfast was wonderful!

Property is located in a beautiful area close to shopping and dining and Valley Forge Park for walking and history.

I went down there so my son can play in a pool tournament. Very easy check in, very friendly staff, amazing omelette station.

Have stayed here x 12 years. Outstanding hotel. Clean. Safe. Great front desk staff. Good breakfast and restaurant.

My wife and I have been here twice already and both times the stay was excellent. I love that the area isn’t busy I can drive anywhere around so many places around us not far from the places we wanted to go.

I chose this property over others in the area because it advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool is too cold to be usable. Even children did not stay in. While there have been some superficial updates, there is more to be done. The staff was good. There were specialty omelets being made to order, but the rest of the breakfast is the same as everywhere else. I was told that the restaurant had great food, but it is very expensive and the only option.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the hotel overall seemed clean. What I did not like, the bed is way too mushy and soft, causing some back pain, and the pillows are way too thick, causing neck pain because of the position to put your neck in. As a physical therapist, these are horrible for ergonomics. Also, 10 o'clock at night, they decide to play the NCAA men's basketball games very loudly down in the eating area when people are trying to sleep for an early morning rise. I was on the third floor and heard it very well. Also, the morning breakfast was very disappointing for a place that looks so nice. I've eaten better at other facilities that were two star ratings. It would be nicer to make your own waffles, because the waffles that they made were very dense and very dry, and no amount of syrup was going to fix them... my son and I tried. Also, limited cereal choices for children. Children do not like to eat bran. Another thing was the limited fruit of watermelon and honeydew, which looked like it was well past its prime with the watermelon, barely having any redness to it. And when I reported to the staff who was taking trays all she said was thank you have a good rest of your day. What kind of response is that? So unless you're gonna get an omelette… Breakfast was very disappointing. We ended up having to eat food that we brought for later in the day as our breakfast.

Very comfortable time with family. The Cool River Restaurant meals very tasty.

Cleanliness, dining availability

The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was comfy. The sink in the bathroom drained verrrrrrrry s-l-o-w-l-y, and the shower dripped constantly. The water pressure was extremely poor. The sofa bed in the sitting area was old, tired and uncomfy to sit upon. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, made to order omelets were great, so-overall a good experience. Great location and pretty quiet.

This hotel was great. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The free breakfast was delightful and all the staff was cheerful and kind. Thank you!!
