The rooms were spacious, but the bathroom doors are the “barn door” style and did not want to stay in place when closed. Some of the glassware seemed dirty, as well.

The bathroom sink water flow was almost none existent. The drainage did not work. We asked for housekeeping and only got service on the last day. Front desk staff was not helpful at all. Lots of rolling eyes.

Loud talking all night ‘till 3 am. The hotel inner atrium (1st to 5th floor ceiling) is an echo chamber. Noisy all night on weekends.

Rooms need better soundproofing! Could hear people talking above us and could bathroom noises! Also, brrrskfast area constantly ran out of coffee and silverware. Also, shut down right at their time and left people without drinks while they were still eating

the red-haired woman who checked us in was hostile with my questions about parking. she also accused my family member of stealing from the mini mart behind the counter when he was looking around and didnt buy anything, when he was holding something from home. it was weird to accuse and run him down when most places assume positive intent. other than that it was a nice hotel with great amenities
