0/10 my room smelled horrible the entire hall I stayed in smelled horrible homeless people in the parking lot harassing you dogs barking in the surrounding rooms all night someone in the room above me with slamming around all night horrible experience would never stay there again

This hotel has s roach infestation, this hotel has stains on thr walls and dead roaches on the wall. The hotel towels were stained. I wish I could get my money.

Soon as we walked in there was people coming in and out of the property with paraphernalia and when we exited the elevator there was roaches all in the hallways and in the room

Small roaches everywhere, ac did not cool correctly. Water pressure in shower very poor. Web site says grab and go breakfast , there was no breakfast, it was written on a paper at the window. There is no lobby, just a window to talk thru the rep behind it. Had trouble with the room keys two days in a row.

Honestly it really wouldn’t be a bad place to stay if they were a lot cleaner and if the lady at the front desk wouldn’t take 20 minutes to come out if the little back room. When I was trying to check in I was standing there for damn near 20 mins knocking on the glass and all before the lady came out. On top of having me and another customer waiting for a while you’re not even nice. I found about 3 live roaches in the hotel room two in the bathroom and one in the kitchen.

Elevator was broken during the stay and on the 4th floor. Also, the stairways were very dirty as if they have never been cleaned. Outside at night there were so many people loitering in the parking lot, unsure if they were guest or just random people passing by and hanging out. So, for not much more money you can stay at several other properties nearby and it's much cleaner, safer, and shows a little more pride in ownership. I won't stay here again.

Dirty, smelly, roaches and questionable individuals haning around the entrance. Fire alarm went off 2 if the 3 nights we stayed at 11pm and 3 am.

The elevator broke while visiting and staying on the 4th floor! The entire place had a horrible odor and gave the appearance it had not been cleaned in years!
The room itself was “ok” the bed was not comfortable.
Not to mention the vagrants all hanging out in the parking lot and near the entrance. I didn’t know if I would get robbed or propositioned!
I would NOT recommend you stay here unless you are a smoker and you enjoy the stinking of smoke, fried food, and mold!
Please do better !!!
