It’s getting old & falling apart needs a major remodel!! Elevator makes speed grinding sounds when it gets to 3rd (top) floor and shocks you when you push the button to go down. Lot of sunken parts of the floors. No dishes very small room!!

Checked in and legit left after 20 minutes.didn’t even ask for money back or ask for my pet fee back. It’s that bad. Super dirty everywhere. Room was dirty, heater didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe. There is a note in the elevator on what to do if the elevator gets stuck. Like a full list of don’t panic and all the steps to takeof it gets stuck. by the sounds of the elevator I’m guessing it gets stuck a lot. Don’t stay here.

Kids everywhere. They have the front desk lady not only helping customers but also babysitting all of their kids! It's madness and unprofessional on so many levels.

Great property , quiet safe area , not too far from Wes Des Moines Downtown . Great , helpful and friendly staff . Hotel is clean also no complaints!!!

The hotel is older and you can tell. The room was clean and up to date. Had a 2 burner stove, microwave, and full refrigerator. Good hotel for someone that is going to be staying for a while on business and doesn't want to eat out all the time.

Usually extended stay hotels are reliable but this left me disappointed. The overall cleanliness was sub-par, the room I reserved was not available, there were no roll-away beds to accommodate my messed up reservation, and the kitchenette was barren. Due to the above, our choice was to fit 2 adults and a teen in a queen bed (I reserved a room with 2 beds) or for one of us to sleep on the floor. We also picked up food but required the kitchenette only to find the cabines and drawers completely empty.

Smelled bad and shower didn’t work/run.

It was ghetto. Toilet handle broke. White stain on the chairs, breakfast sucks. Spend your money else where, will be stay again especially 3rd floor is super musty and smelly.

The hotel has a terrible smell. The contential breakfast was terrrible because of the lack of options you have was coffee, hot water, mini muffins, small packagea of oatmeal and granola bar. I had to eat the small package of oat in a cup once with hot water because the hotel didn't provide any paper plates or bowls.

I attempted to make a reservation they told me that my card didn't go through. Then they tried to charge me for the room even though I didn't have the opportunity to check in because my card didn't work. I don't know about you but I think that's just trying to get people off.

Bed was really comfortable although the guy next door screamed on the phone for 2 days which made it hard to relax, there were splatters of food from the previous occupants on the cabinets, and the side lamps didn’t work. Other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine, but everything else left a lot to be desired. There was always people loitering in the parking lot, which kinda creeped me out and as a single woman staying there, I didn’t feel entirely safe. The elevator was gross with food on the floor. The hallway to my room was a combination of stagnant air, the smell of trash from the trash room, and food being cooked in the rooms. There was a rotting watermelon rind outside the exit stair door for the entire week I was there. The room itself was fine and I liked having a kitchen, but when I stepped out of my room, it was an unpleasant experience.

Room wasn't very clean. Bathroom the faucet on the bathtub was falling off and it leaked. Breakfast options were not good.only instant oatmeal.

Absolutely worst experience, safe you time go anywhere else. This place is like a homeless shelter with all the worst stuff that come with. And management as high as could be

The place was not taken care of at all. The electric plugs were exposed and broken. The light fixture was missing the cord to plug in. My daughters bed was leaning down on the top side so she was laying almost with her head below her body level. I killed multiple german cockroaches so i was afraid to take clothes out of the luggage so it stayed in my luggage the whole time. And corporate only has one person working at most times. So there was really no customer service. And i understand the situation we are having with immigration and our borders, but they had refugees staying at the hotel that maybe they dont know the culture to well. But they had kids running and playing in the hallways and the parking lots with no control from the parents. It would have been nice if all this was said and advised before we booked that hotel. Would i stay here again No way. Not til they start cleaning up this place and fixing all the problems.

First of all, I would never recommend this hotel to any friends or family, or strangers for that matter… they had refugees staying there, they were loud and not considerate of others. One worker in lobby, refrigerator leaked, rooms have roaches, dip in the floor, plugs hanging out of the wall, bed was leaning to one side, no room service, continental breakfast consist of coffee and dollar store mini muffin and fig bar, and the list goes on!! Don’t stay here, pay extra for a 5 star hotel. Lesson learned for sure.
