Safe and inviting

Heat was not on, tv did not stay connected. Internet was balky.

Bedroom painting needed

Good, friendly service. Clean inside and outside the room. Our double was well-laid out and spacious. The bathroom had lots of counter space, and showers were hot. Beds need replacing. They were wallowed out and uncomfortable. refrigerator didn’t seem cold enough, so we used our ice chest. Breakfast was the usual entrees, but stripped down in terms of extras and options. (No half and half or skim milk, for instance.)

Only stayed one night, but room was clean and comfortable! service at front desk was okay but friendly

The hotel was excellent, nice view, good breakfast @!friendly staff.

I slept like a baby! Best ever pillows. Upon checking out, the staff told me i can order a pillow from their website for $10! I immediately went on the website to find they were not $10. I am still bummed about that!

We always stay here when in Rockport.

We stayed there a total of four days. Not one day did our room get cleaned. There was hair in the shower. Towels were never rotated through. Trash was never taken out- it just piled up for days.

Always love to stay here.

Our opinion is the Fairfield Inn and Suites at Rockport was very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by Jordan, he represents the company very well.

The hotel room was very clean although be aware housekeeping needs to be requested. Parking was plentiful and the hotel is in a convenient location. The free breakfast hours thankfully last until 10 am on weekends. The hot breakfast is decent although could be restocked faster. All the windows for the rooms are blue on the outside which is a little jarring because everything has a blue tint inside when it's daytime. Could have used more electrical outlets by the beds. The TV had a lot of channels. I would stay here again.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Rockport.

Staff was courteous, property was very clean and breakfast was OK.

Family vacation. Great hotel. Spacious room and very comfortable beds.

Maricel at Front Desk was really nice, helpful and accommodating. The only downside really was one particular staff thats part of the kitchen/breakfast staff doing breakfast. Food came in slow. And mostly empty trays. At 9 am on a Sunday at that. Coffee pots were also empty. Bagels and muffins were non existent. The icing on the cake is when I overheard her refer to hotel guests having mediocre breakfast as "hungry vultures". That to me is so disrespectful of paying guests. This is a Mariott affiliated hotel. And I've always stayed at Marriott hotels. And had great experiences with staff. So she was sadly, a very disappointing experience to be had during this visit. Forget the fact that the breakfast food was not what I would expect for a Marriott hotel. But having pleasant staff is always a priority for me. Maricel more than made up for her shortcomings. Kudos to her.

It was close to the beach and very good staff.

Check in time was 4 pm we arrived at 6 pm. Room had not been cleaned had to wait 30 min. They said they were busy and I had asked for that room not true.i was given that room when I confirmed reservation. GM never apologized just put it all back on me..my fault. I will never stay in a Fairfield again especially that one.
