Front desk and the so-called “resort” is an absolute joke. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service and hospitality from a hotel. Tiffany and Ellee from the front desk made my stay absolutely terrible they were both very unhelpful and unaccommodating with my issues. There was 0 empathy on their end when I was completely stressed and upset with my room/stay. I travel a lot and stay all over and I chose resorts because I like the hospitality that usually comes with it. Makes it feel safer for me. This place is no different than a cheap motel as it comes to customer service. And beware I was told by one of the girls from the front desk that they have nothing to do with Expedia’s photos/description of the property so it’s just a scam I guess!

Staff is a joke in the restaurant and bar. Rudest people ever. The room is a hodge page of Mickey Mouse put together artifacts from a 70’s junk store. I think we had a herd of elephants above us and a pack of hyenas next door. Place sucks

Great pool and experience

I did not realize that the hotel included an all-inclusive report onsite with a restaurant, health club, and even option to attend a yoga class. Friendly staff and lively social scene but also well-enforced quiet hours after 9PM. I had an amazing stay and would definitely return in the future.

After a minor snafu with our room, The Famingo staff took great care of us. They truly do go above and beyond to be a great place to stay. We came during the holidays which was super fun due to the festive decor and cheerful atmosphere. A great way to start the holidays.

Wonderful property with a great ambiance and friendly staff. The food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. The room was cozy, spacious, and clean. The pool was warm. Will definitely return!

I really like the location, less than 5 min from my mom. It is cute and retro and usually very clean and quiet.

Amazing girls trip here! Front desk was super sweet and great bartenders. We had a three bed suite and the only drawback was bed comfort. The kind bed was stiff as a board and super thin mattress.

Was there for a conference and will return for personal stay. Lovely place!

The Flamingo Resort was better than expected. We arrived for my wife's birthday weekend. And were met with great hospitality the room was decorated retro but we have never stayed in such a clean room. We were wine tasting but couldn't wait to get back to the resort. We will be back!!!!!!

This place is darling, very vintage like, the pool was really warm and the pool area had a good amount of lounge chairs for relaxing, the rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable, overall the place was very inviting. I will stay again..

Our party, that included two kids tried to dine at onsite restaurant. Every table had a reserved plaquered and we proceeded to leave. A young lady who was later indentified as the hostess, seated us at the bar area. We specifically asked if the children could join us and we were told, "absolutely". We were seated at the far end of the bar near the regular dining area. We were immediatly welcomed by the serving staff with menus and the kids ordered the beverages and received their drinks. As we reviewed our menus, about 10 minutes later a man cane up behind us and placed his hands on my adult daughters back and proceeded rub in a circular motion. Initially, he did not introduce himself as an employee. He then in a very agressive manner..demanded we were not allowed to sit were we were seated and we explained that were seated by staff. He immediately announced that he was the only one in the restaurant who knew the rules, the other staff do not. The staff at the bar appeared imbarrassed,as well as our party at his very aggressive and loud scolding for our actions. He moved us to a table 2 feet from where we were sitting that had a reserved sign. When we asked why everything has reserved signs he explained that they were not actually reserved and that they put the signs up so that the :riff/raff that visit the pool dont come in and use the tables. The situation continued and became very intense. Even though we moved..the man returned and continued argue with with us .we sough

We loved the vibe and unique aesthetic of the resort. Beautiful layout, great restaurant, and a cute, quirky room. One qualm is that this place is old, and therefore lacking modern insulation. Noise was an issue, we woke up to pounding bass through the paper thin walls. Also, the lack of room service doesn’t match the price or resort feel. The food is delicious though!
