The property was tidy and clean enough but hard not to notice the rust on the toilet paper dispenser, the tag on the blow dryer was rotted and leaving residue all over the counter, missing paint on the walls, inside the fridge and carpet looked dingy. I think a few more upgrades would do this place a lot of good! I did appreciate the upgraded furniture and it was pretty quiet throughout the night l!

This is a good, solid, basic hotel. The front desk was professional and courteous as was all the staff we encountered. As with any hotel, good staff make up for any shortcomings. Room was clean and comfortable. Basic and probably needs an update soon. No complaints considering the price. They offer breakfast which is great. There are restaurants across the main road and a Denny's across the street.

Expedia charged us $167.91 for a pet friendly one king bed room. It appeared that included the dog fee but we were later charged another $25 fee that appeared on our credit card statement. When we called the desk at the hotel, we were told that Experian does not bill the dog fee - you have to pay for it separately at the hotel. Surprise to us . We travel quite a lot and this was the first time that ever happened. It was a nice room but definitely not worth $192.91. To make matters worse, when we went to have breakfast, all the tables Were taken by what appeared to be construction workers -approximately 20-30 guys. Coffee machine was “plugged” per the one gal who was apparently the only one on duty. Ended up walking to Denny’s - another $30 bill that should have been covered. Fortunately, we had the funds but it may prove to be difficult for others who aren’t planning on the additional expense.

We like this hotel,it is the only one we’ve been to in the area that has hot breakfast,eggs,sausage ,bagels and other good stuff,rooms are clean and quiet also,staff is nice!!

It was amazing so we're thinking on doing a stay there around Christmas time also

The stay was good. The bed and room were comfortable. The girl that helped us check in was impatient and wasn’t very hospitable. She over talked me, as we checked in simply by me asking a question about my other family members possibly getting a room next to ours. She was very uncomfortable to talk to.

Clean...enough. Rooms looked like the had been redone. Quite noisy. Expensive for what you get on event nights. Nice breakfast. Staff was nice.

It was ok

Curtains don’t quite close all the way for privacy. Shower insert creaks loudly! Windows are thin and doors are not flush leaving gap and room not very insulated and able to hear ever car drive by.

Room and property is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect place to stay if your going to a concert or event at Findlay Toyota Center we walked it was perfect.

Everything was great!!

We checked into the room & noticed a loud humming noise coming from the bathroom. It was continuous & loud, even with the door closed. Hoping it would stop, we tried to turn on the tv, but there was no remote. We went to the front desk to get one & reported the humming. The clerk called maintenance, who wasn't on the premises, He was told there were bubbles in the pipes & to run the hot water in the shower & sink for a minute. After that, the humming was still happening. We were told that due to a concert in town, the motel was booked, so we couldn't get another room. My husband & I decided to look for another motel in the morning. A little bit later, the clerk came to our room & said maintenance was going to have to open up the shower wall to see what the humming noise was (funny how he knew this sight unseen all of a sudden). Miraculously, a cancellation for the same type room had just occurred, so of course we said we'd move to a room with no vibrating walls. The new room was QUIET! Unfortunately, this tv didn't work properly, & there were no local channels. We were told that because we booked through a 3rd party, rather than directly through the motel, they couldn't give us a credit, & needed special permission to switch tv's, which never happened. Also, breakfast starts at 6:30, so at 6:33, the forks/knives, peanut butter, cream cheese, should already be out. We drove 700 miles for a celebration of life ceremony, & did not need all this added stress. We won't be back.
