I booked a room with a king bed - the photos of the room on the site showed it with a couch big enough for two people - instead we had one uncomfortable chair. It looked like the room was big enough for a couch and i suspect one used to be there, or was supposed to be there? either way it made the room very uncomfortable for us during our stay.

We stayed at the Hampton for 2 nights total, and had a wonderful time. We also brought our dog, a standard poodle, who was also nicely accommodated for. Room was clean, amenities were great, breakfast was very well done. Hotel was directly off of the freeway and easy ingress and egress. Close enough to drive to other food interests, and businesses as well. 2 miles to the Arizona border cheaper gas!)

We stay at Hampton Inn frequently as we have 3 kids and other chains often only allow 4 people per room and they do include breakfast. This one had a very sweet, helpful attendant. It was convenient to the 10, clean, had a pool and hot tub, etc. What we typically expect at Hampton Inn, except the bathroom was starting to show a little wear and the room arrangement was odd with a desk in the middle. Still a good deal for the area, comfortable and large! Would stay again!

Our check-in went quickly and the desk clerk was very friendly. We were on the third floor and there was a bit of a problem with the water drainage in the tub. Blythe is a tired town, and I don’t think the money is there to spend on infrastructure, so that might be part of the problem. Otherwise, we had a good night’s sleep.
