Rooms were nice but need some renovations. Shower floor was loose and made noise.

The staff was all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Our little guy especially loved the chocolate waffles!

Difficult to get into the property with only one entrance on the back side. Curious as to how the 35 foot Uhaul towing a vehicle managed to get out. Bed was very bouncy. Overall satisfied. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent.

Overall, our stay was OK. The room was comfortable. However, the closet had an odd design and lacked lighting, and the carpet needed to be replaced. We were less than thrilled to learn that we needed to pay an additional $75 pet fee, as the information in our online booking did not make this clear.

Very nice stay and no complaints except for floor. I have asthma and do not appreciate a rug floor. I’m surprised to see a rug in a hotel room anymore. It can never really be clean. Our shower overflowed.

Room was good. Ac was off so room was very hot at first. Not sure if all rooms are like that. The only real problem was there was only 1 ice machine on the 3rd floor that worked. 2nd floor didn't have an ice machine and 1st floor was broken. Breakfast was pretty good. Only complaints about breakfast was they had biscuits but no gravy. Only complaints about the room was not enough towels for a double bed room.

The staff was amazingly kind, everybody was friendly! Alex checked me in, he wasn't at the desk when I arrived, there was a sign but once he came back it was a speedy check in. He unlocked the EV charger for me and told me to just let him know when I was done so he could lock it up again. Breakfast was the standard: waffles, oatmeal and cereal. The room is semi outdated, the curtains have me grandma vibes and there was no closet which was weird. The bed was firm but comfy, found a stain on the sheets but no biggy. The shower could use an update, the handle on the sliding door was broken. Otherwise, this is a nice place but a bit overpriced for the area in my opinion.

This was a great choice we made. Staff (from front desk to cleaning to kitchen) was over the top. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was in terrible condition, it looked like it was 25 years old and the bottom of it was stained yellowish brown. The towel bar on the shower door was broken. The water pressure was terrible. The pool area was nice and the pool and hot tub were clean. Staff was always pleasant and friendly. The breakfast area was nice, but the hotel advertised a full breakfast and both mornings we were there they had run out of almost everything by 8:45 am even though breakfast closes at 10 am. They were out of waffle mix, eggs, sausage, yogurt, butter, and all juices. The only thing available was pastries, toast, and cereal. Both days. The lady working the breakfast area was very nice but made it clear they were not restocking the food. Very disappointing.
