The photo does not match the run down hotel, the elevators don’t work and the cleaning staff does not clean your room, not once finnaly the heater did not work, so pass this property

Under construction 🚧 so elevator was not working. So they didn’t let us use it and stairs doors were locked because they were emergency doors only.. we had our room all the was up to 7th so we have to take our luggage all the way up to the 7th floor through the stairs.. next morning I saw the elevator working m, so I asked can we use it and they said no (clerk) and we saw other clients with luggages using it!!!! Yea I was not happy. I felt discriminated!!!

The elevator was out of service in the parking structure that they charge $45/night and the staff didn’t inform us and we had to walk late at night down the ramp 3 levels with a baby and luggage. The hotel was under construction which was not stated on their website so there was no lobby, small walkway to get to the hotel elevators which were also on the fritz and opened at every floor on their own, so they took forever to get through the 10 stories up and down before returning to the lobby. Also since under construction their breakfast consisted of a bagged to go breakfast that had a mini water bottle, small juice cup, apple and mini muffin. The parking was difficult to get into since it is off a busy road and not much room for cars to pull into and pull out their luggage. Only enough room for two cars so you have to wait on the busy street for the people in front to finish and move their cars. And they only had two washcloths in the room so you have to request more, which was more of an annoyance. Sketchy activity just across the street at the very busy McDonald’s (which was the only place for food and coffee nearby)

My say good however we only got a apple for breakfast the elevators ware not working properly and there was a lot of construction as well as I felt like in case of an emergency the stairs beeded to. Be available and they were not due to construction i was getting anxiety throughout my stay due to that

Property was under construction, with so many renovations going on during our quick 1 night stay. Multiple elevators out of service. Having to bring all of my family's luggage up and down several flights of stairs was not ideal. On top of that, the regular elevators to the rooms were so slow, and for whatever reason stopping at every single floor, going both up and down, making it atrocious just to get back to my room. Speaking of which, my 2 room suite that I booked that said was available online, was all for a sudden not available due to the construction. So as a "courtesy", the staff did not charge me for parking, which I was unaware of when I booked anyways. Only 2 out of 10 floors had ice machines working, and with the ridiculous elevator situation literally stopping at every floor, it was impossible to get ice. I was not happy at all with my stay, and will never consider this property again.

We had a terrible experience here. The noise level was wild my kids couldn't sleep, the toilet clogged up so fast, there were hair in the bathroom (the tub, the ceiling, and floor) when we arrived, crumbs all over the carpet and dirty when we arrived, the elevator stopped at every floor and caused my child to have an accident since she wasn't able to get to the room promptly, we asked the cleaning lady for more towels and she refused. she said it has to be requested and that we had to go downstairs before we can get any, the elevator was shaking and making weird noises, and we didn't feel safe. never again. the pictures did not match the place at all.

Horrible is an understatement!!!! Nowhere did it say that the building was under construction. So no lobby! There breakfast was in a brown paper bag. Which contains apple, apple juice, muffin and a water. What in the world is that????? When I parked upstairs because there was no more handicaps parking down stairs the elevator didn’t work to go down from the second garage. My bag was missing and my the front desk had it the whole time sitting behind the counter and the worker said I had to talk to a manager the next morning. Mind u the morning employee handed it to me and said it’s been sitting here all night. The toilet has no pressure where I had to flush 3 or 4 times for anything to go down. It was a horrible experience. They need to just close it down till it gets done!!!

When we arrived we were shocked to learn that we were going to be charged $49 for parking per night. Hotel restaurant was under construction, the breakfast in the morning was not how we expected. A brown bag full of crap, not the hot breakfast that we thought.no extra roll of toilet paper in room.

Room had non working lights coffee maker no shampoo. Disabled parking I needed only three available because they are storing boxes on the spots. Therefore I didn't get to use a handicap spot. The free breakfast is a joke. We got a apple a juice a muffin that was bland in a bag. Fifty dollars for parking beware. TV doesn't get much channels either. Expressed my concerns to mgr I'm sorry we will be a Hilton in one month the response. Overall not a good stay for the price on a Christmas Eve

Everything was just ok. Lots of additional fees that are not listed when booking. Shady area; there was a car that was broken into overnight in the parking garage. Breakfast was served in bags. You can hear all of the traffic in the room. Room could’ve been cleaner and the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as other hotels. I wouldn’t come back.

My staff at LaQuinta is usually really good. Rooms clean, new towels, and breakfasts. Since LaQuinta is under construction at this location there’s no breakfast, house keeping is a requested service and they missed my room after I requested service. Parking cost $45 per day but the gate was opened day and night so anyone could’ve parked there. Hopefully after Construction is complete things will go back to normal

Three times this year I’ve stayed at the La Quinta. All three times have been horrible. First time no internet. Had to move over to HI. Second and third times under construction with no advance notice. No full breakfast, no lounge, no dining. That’s enough for me!
