Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown

The stay was great. The breakfast was not good at all!

The unique placement behind the ball field was interesting. When we checked in, the desk person was confused and even though the room was already paid for he tried to give us a single bed instead of a king. That evening, The same employee said there was a shuttle but when approached he basically hid so that he couldn't be asked any questions. We were looking for a ride to the SNHU arena but unfortunately there was no communication between the shuttle and the desk person. Since it was so cold outside we ended up driving and spending an extra $30 on the parking garage. There was open air in the turnstile door in the lobby so that when we ate breakfast the temperature was close to 50°. The cost of the breakfast was far above the value at $20 each for a very limited and subpar feed. No one ever apologized for the conditions or lack of heat. Some attention to detail is needed. We ate breakfast in the buffet and the breakfast items were cold that were meant to be hot. We don't usually complain about things but this one needs a little bit of help.

Very convenient location

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The bed was made but sheets had not been changed. There was body hair and other signs to prove it. There was no one there from the housekeeping staff so a woman from the front desk brought us some sheets and we changed them ourselves. While making the bed, I noticed a pile of nail clippings between the bed and the nightstand and what appeared to be some spots of dry vomit on the carpet. If you stay in room 426, take a look, I'm sure the clippings and vomit will still be there. I hate leaving such a negative review because the people at the front desk were so nice. Unfortunately the cleaning staff ruined the stay.

Perfect spot to stay for an event at SNHU Arena.

Bed was horrible pool and hot tub closed even though I asked if it would be open when i book. Coffee machine room didn't work. Had to have hubby fix the toilet no hot water in the AM but did fix The breakfast was not so good.

The bed was terrible the hot tub and pool closed. My hubby fixed the toilet that woudnt flush the breafadt was horrible and the coffe maker didnt work i. Our room. Oh and we were told hot water problem.

We had a Graduation ceremony. Best way to get to the arena is to walk from this hotel. Parking is bad in Manchester.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot complain about the place at all. The area was very quiet, which made it easier to sleep at night. I would recommend the hotel.

Overall the stay was pretty good. I thought the firmness of the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were a bit too unsupportive. Understandably, the cost of the stay was increased due to the urban location, but there was little to no offset of amenities such as the breakfast for patrons. The staff were exceptionally cordial and congenial, from the desk staff to the housekeepers! One HUGE plus was the availability of the in-town shuttle!!! The driver was SUPER friendly and every time I utilized this perk, I found the conversation with him informing and extremely enjoyable!!!

Nice, quiet hotel with a friendly staff. The carpet in my room could have been cleaner and there were some hairs left in the shower.

Very nice. If you have a chance to see a ballgame there then you must.

It was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was large and comfortable. The jetted tub was perfect and the bed was just how we like it.

Clean room. Great water pressure. Front desk comped us brft as rewards members. Very courteous front desk staff! Wait staff in restaurant very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel folks.
