Was good. But first night there room was really hot at night. Temp was at lowest 62° but was too hot. Slept with balcony door open. Elevators were not working on our stay there. Had to take 7 flight of stairs up to our room every time.

Booking through Expedia is the only reason I can think of as to why they gave us a room facing a wall. We could step over our balcony rail onto a roof.Unacceptable for being in San Diego on the water. It cost me $75 more if I wanted a view. I ended up paying it and got a room with a view…of two grown palm trees!

When we got the the person at the desk that checked us in was great but after that service wasn't good. I complained about the A.C. not working and the guy seemed lost but then someone up. It worked for like 10min then stopped again didn't call again because it was late. Then 2 of the elevators broke down making me having to use the stairs the rest of the weekend. The services in the restaurant were great along with the food

We liked the location and the Bay Area was beautiful. We didn’t like the room. The carpet was worn and the bathtub was chipping. The shower had low pressure and there wasn’t much hot water. Only one elevator was working the last 3 days of our stay. They charged our room for room service we didn’t order.

Typical Hilton. Rooms are outdated, they don't give you even 1 free water bottle, no glass to brush your teeth... With the airport so close to downtown in San Diego, better get a decent hotel there.

We will not be staying at another Hilton again. They did not have complimentary WIFI even though it was advertised, no breakfast with the room, no microwave in the room, elevator was broken, we had to pay $35 a night for parking. The hotel was outdated. We paid $250 a night for two rooms and two nights. I expected more.
