Very nice hotel!

There was t any water coming out of the shower head so we couldn’t shower before we left! Because I prepaid we did not receive anything for the inconvenience. I’m very disappointed.

Wonderful staff everywhere!!!!

Only bad thing was the room smelled like a did stayed there wasn’t over powering but I am sensitive to smells and next time I will make sure I have a pet free room

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of good within driving distance.

I was not greeted well at reception. The service in the restaurant by our waitress was excellent. We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. This was the first time that we were disappointed

The rooms were clean and comfortable the areas were well taking care and good services by the oersonal!!!

Food was great and delivered to room quickly but expect $16 or more in sur charges. Beds are very firm. Toilet is the height for elementary school children.

Where do I begin? I paid for a Deluxe King room, but was given a Standard Double next the the elevator upon arrival. Then had to go thru the process of having them switch me to the proper room. I get to my room only to find it stale and the cable not working. I couldn’t even watch Monday Night football after a long day of work and travel. Then to top it all off, I notice a phantom $300 charge on my credit card a couple days later. I made four attempts to get help from management, and they refuse to take or return my call. What a frustrating experience! I expect better as a regular guest and rewards member. Seems they’re trying to squeeze every last dollar and hope people don’t realize. They sure won’t be getting any more of mine….

Excellent service, front desk was friendly and helpful, and bar was quick and nice with a good menu

Clean, quiet hotel

The front desk attendee Michelle was rude and dismissive. We were there for a family gathering and when she attended to others she was not nice. She was not helpful on two requests made. She was dismissive and rude. The room service that we requested was not completed and when we called the front desk attendee she said we were not on the list and so they never sent someone. Even though we requested it. Terrible service. Would not be back as too many things were mismanaged.
