Good place too stay when going to Disney

Staff were amazing and hotel was clean. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because a biker group also stayed during our time there, not a problem. The problem began when the manager allowed their drinking to get so out of hand that fights were beginning to break out. They were yelling, cussing, and threatening to kill each other just 5 feet away from my babies (in the lobby and outside of the front doors) while we were trying to check in. Took us awhile to get checked in because of this.

Clean room, great shower and comfortable bed. Friendly, courteous staff. Had a small snafu at check-in, but it was taken care of promptly.

I like this hotel because it is close to Walt Disney and Old Town. I also like the breakfast buffet. I didn't like the resort fee they charged for using their facilities. I didn't use the gym, sauna or swimming pool.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Dining experience was excellent. Good choice for convenience, location, and cost.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites is Kissimmee was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the room was comfortable and loved that we were given many pillows to choose from. The full sized shampoo, body wash and lotion were a welcomed surprise! The only thing we weren't happy with was the rough towels, the hotel should invest in some much needed fabric softener. We were grateful for the various amenities, pool and hot tub were great, but were disappointed with the lack of equipment in the gym. The location was perfect, close to the airport and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends!

Mattresses were horrible. No complimentary coffee or waters

Worst HolidayInn I stayed at. Needs complete reno. Halls and rooms smell. Poor even if it was a motel. Front staff is slow.
