The staff was very friendly and helpful, our Villa was clean and they worked with us to stay next to family. The pools and waterslides are very fun for kids too.

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and functional!

I loved the rooms we had, they were nice and big and clean. I loved the pools especially the splash pad pool for my three year old, he loved it. The waterfall pool was great and is connected to a hot tub, we loved that. The downfall of this place is the fact that it’s a timeshare property we checked in and they wouldn’t give us the keys at the check in counter you have to go to a separate counter where they try to convince you to sit through a timeshare meeting, I told them no several times but they kept pushing even after I told them we had been travelling since 2am. Be ready to shut them down multiple times. A few days later they called the room and tried again! We found this super annoying and really the only problem we had. If you book this place just be ready to say no many many times.

The walls and floors are paper thin. If you are staying here request the third floor. We were on the second floor and the people above us were heavy walkers and every early morning ( 2 am - 4 am) the people above us were getting home from a night out and it would wake us up. Just reminder - this is a time share property and they will attempt to corner you for the opportunity to sell you a time share. No thanks.

Perfect location

A nice place to stay with the family. The pools are heated and you have plenty of options near by to go shopping and dining

The staff service was EXCEPTIONAL! Anything we needed was brought to our room immediately. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas with family :)

The pools were great and the room was amazing for my family, I will absolutely go back!

Great option for families. Two bedroom, full size kitchen and dining fit our needs perfectly. Didn’t like being woken by construction at 6:30am.

Big and roomy. Kitchen was well stocked. The market place with the made to order coffee and food was a bonus. We enjoyed eating at the Cantina twice. Would book hear again!

We really liked everything about it. Easy to navigate. It’s in a great area. Clean and spacious condo. Close to grocery stores, plenty of malls and places to eat. I loved that when we checked in the front desk gave us a few pages of recommendations. We went to butters for breakfast. Highly recommend, go early 30 minute wait time I think all the time but worth it. We visited Sedona. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back

Staff was very kind

We loved the space in the 2 Bedroom unit and was situated looking out on the family pool with slide. If I return, I would request a quieter area as the music was loud until 9 - 10pm at night. We also found a few bugs finding their way into our unit. Other than that a good location and everything we needed.

Great resort with restaurant, 3 pools,gym and many more. Highly recommended.
