Love this hotel, clean, front desk excellent, rooms very clean n spacious, bfast always fresh n hot. We stay here when we visit the casino, 5star for us

3 star hotel with a good staff.

Staff friendly and ready to assist you. Rooms clean. Carpet a little dirty in hallway. Ceiling of room had water stain. I would stay again if in the area.

Easy access to Ft. Campbell. Clean and good breakfast.

Rooms could use some upgrades,especially the bathrooms. Bathtub was really worn and stained. Staff was amazing, very friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

Nice, clean, and affordable

We had read a number of negative reviews just before our arrival and we were not sure what to expect. The negative reviews were not indicative of our stay. We saw none of the issues related in them (roaches, dirty towels, etc.) Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was in order in the hotel. A good value for a one night stay.

Not a bad place until the power outage. No emergency plan or concern for guest safety. Almost a whole day with out power. No AC , food, emergency lighting. Should have been compensated for lack of services that were paid for.

The staff was friendly. We came in from Georgia and arrived very early, the front desk allowed us to check in.

I don't mind an older motel but I do mind if it's not clean. The bathroom in our room needs to be gutted and remodeled, the bathtub had something stuck to bottom of it. The refrigerator in the room had someone's leftovers and soda in it. The coffee pods weren't restocked. The main reason I am giving only 2 stars is due to the front desk staff. When I arrived to check in I waited several minutes while the clerk was sitting in a chair on her cellphone. Granted, when she finally looked up she apologized, but this behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend this motel.

Fairly clean room. Excellent breakfast. Did not get our room cleaned or towels replaced on our third night.

The hotel was easy to access from the interstate. The breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express and appreciated! The room was quiet.
