Everything was well cared for and in good shape. Hallways and common spaces were clean. Even the corners in the bathroom looked good (an area I often find lacking) I'm not usually a fan of the breakfast buffets in hotels but this was quite good. The front desk girl was helpful in providing suggestions for dinner and overall very friendly.

Overall stay was wonderful. Best room I’ve had since coming to this property; and I visit often.
The only complaint I have, is the water pressure is extremely low. If that can be increased it would have been a 10/10.

Our check in was good, front desk clerk was very nice but as we were going to bed another family unlocked our door and tried to enter. Thankfully we had the security bolt in place but it was unsettling and disruptive! Someone had given our room to another family!
In these days of so many security checks in place, this should not have happened! I expected better from a national company like Holiday Inn!
We paid $200 to be unsafe in our room! What would have happened if we hadn’t had the security bolt in place?

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. Everything was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. The pancake machine wasn’t working. We would stay again.
