Holiday Inn NEW YORK CITY - WALL STREET, an IHG Hotel

Justine on reception was an absolute legend. Very friendly and enjoyed joking around with us Brits. The hotel room was clean and a great location. I would recommend the the Broadway Comedy Club. We had a great time in NYP.

My 2 day stay was meant to stay somewhere safe and comfortable. It was neither of these. Yes the shower and bed felt amazing but the neighbors made it impossible to get any sort of rest. This is now becoming a repeated occurrence. I hope for my next stay either management or security approach me in person and tell me if I am welcomed here or not. And if I am not then there has to be a reason as to what I am doing wrong. Things will not improve if communication isn’t available.

This was a fine spot to stay - clean and comfortable. Not many amenities and one one public sitting area downstairs (no restaurant or bar). Nothing wrong with this spot but I would choose a different place with more amenities at the same price!

small very dirty rooms, antonio was so rude he yelled at me for asking questions about the pay.

2 beds, a TV & a bathroom. Tight space but this is common for Manhattan. Served it’s purpose for us, Sleep & shower. Nothing special or fancy. Reception area is like a tiny hallway and they do not always have water available to refill. Elevator needs some attention as buttons were missing. Location was close to public transportation.

Love this hotel even though the room is small that we stayed in. It’s clean, stuff are friendly and accommodative. We always come back to our room and it’s clean.

In the photos, the rooms look white and bright, but in real life, they are old and dingy. The rooms are so small that they’re too small for one person. God forbid you have to share it with a second person. Even when you’re in the hallway waiting for the elevator two people could not pass each other without turning to the side and still bumping each other. The bathroom floor is ice cold. The television remote is ancient. I would never stay here again.

Parking was off site and kind of a pain, but our car was ready when we asked for it. Room was clean, in need of remodel. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Free coffee and muffins in the morning in the lobby. Walking distance to SoHo, WTC and more.

This Hotel is disgusting and not worth a penny. We arrived around 7pm and noticed the heat was not working properly, the thermostat on the wall was not connected to the unit. The unit was running non-stop so you had to manually turn it off when the room was overheating and turn it back on when the room was cold again. We talked to the front desk person on our way out that night and were told someone will go to our room to fix it. We came back past 1:00 am and nothing was fixed. We called the front desk and a very rude person told me she can’t do anything and they will address it in the morning and when I refused her answer, she disconnected the call. There was nothing we could do, I called and requested extra blankets, they sent only one and it was ripped, see the pictures. In the morning we complained about our issue to the front desk agent and his answer was “that’s how the heat works, you need to adjust it manually” seriously? Do you want me to get up every hour during the night to turn on or off the heat and be able to sleep? That was the most ridiculous answer I could have gotten. I asked to speak with the manager, she was rude and arrogant. I was requesting some refund or credit, the manager offered only to void the "Resort Fee" the argument went on and on with the manager yeling at us and not letting my husband talk. She finally accepted to refund the full amount and we can leave. Thats what we did

Really good provided free snacks throughout the day and coffee machine in the hotel room.

This hotel is in a safe, walkable area with lots of subway stops and places to get coffee, food, and drink. It’s even a couple blocks from an Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, which was so handy on a 17-degree day when I didn’t feel like being outdoors. Hotel itself is fairly basic but clean, secure, and well-maintained by a friendly staff. Heater was a little noisy but I found I could turn it off at night and still keep the room warm enough. Housekeeping made up my bed very nicely and I loved the touch of getting two water bottles a day. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near public transportation and attractions... Downtown 👍 Would definitely recommend it and love to go back and have them as my hotel of choice 😁

Loved the staff, they were really nice! Just the cleanliness of the roooms was a concern. We had to tell everyday to clean the room. Even our toilet got clogged once.
