Over all great place to go with the kiddos. However bring your own towels as we requested towels several times even went to the front desk, just to be told the front desk doesn't know the location of the laundry room and suggested we go back to our room and dial zero for laundry services. I asked if they could send the requested as our room was a far away from the front desk. Which they nicely replied it would be a 45 minute wait. Thankfully it did not take the entire 45 minutes.

I needed at least one more recliner in the room not enough space for everyone to sit comfortably. The outlets were not in a great spot in the bedrooms. all the food courts were close early so we had to use Uber eats to eat something.

Friendly staff. Loved the amenities except most of the internal restaurants were closed. We got real sick f pizza quickly. The breakfast buffet was nice. The room was small and quite dark but it was nice to jump on the elevator and skip down to the water area which was quite nice. The cleaning crew had our room sparkling when we cam e back to room in the afternoon. We took in a free movie. The mini putt needs a bit of cleaning up. They seem to be doing some renos while we were there. We would go back.

Showed the front desk staff and management my confirmation reservation. They found only 2 but my reservation was for 3. They kept me waiting for over an hour at 2am. They gave me a room at a higher price. They also charged me a resort fee and the resort was closed. Tries over 6 days to resolve this matter spending over 4 hours and they didn't care. I will book my athletes at another hotel the next time. We had a total of 8 rooms over 6 days that will go somewhere else. There loss

Staff were decent but did not follow through on more than one request including a housekeeping turn for a 7 day stay. Found cockroaches in our room, pool music was loud from 7am to 10pm and our room smelled like chlorine/pool chemicals.

Property was under construction and we were not notified prior. Our room was on the 5th floor and 2 nearby elevators were out of service so we had to take one in another building that had the construction nearby and very limited parking.
When we went to the pool there was no towels available. At one point we were given an estimated time of when they would be there but when we went back we were told they wouldn’t be there any time soon. Overall it was not a great experience.

When we arrived at the property they double charged me and said “it doesn’t matter what you paid for from Expedia, a 3rd party, this is what we’re charging you”. The front desk girl was rude and unwilling to help. I spoke with the manager and he was the same. As I’m leaving from checking in there were men stating they had a gift for us because of our stay. Then they got upset because I declined all of what they wanted to offer. The property is not labeled well and it was hard to find our room. Once we finally did it was filthy and didn’t look like they cleaned it at all before we came. It smelled like chlorine. Everything from the counter tops, walls (sticky in the kitchen, and boogers on the wall in the bunk bed bedroom!!!) the lamp shades were filthy. They didn’t replenish our towels any of the days and we had to call each day other than the very last day. I will not he staying at this “resort” again. It was a terrible experience. Live and learn.

Our first encounter was a man's g-string left on the robe hook in the bathroom. Bathroom floors not vacuumed or washed. Something sticky on the living room floor. All light bulbs that worked were way below proper brightness, giving the place a gulag feel. Elevator closest to parking spaces out of order. Almost no sound barrier from the other rooms and outdoor playground/parking. Dried baby roach in the clothes shelves. No complimentary kleenexes. Hidden fees that doubled the hotels.com price listed. Overall, this is the lowest-quality hotel I've ever stayed at. It was okay enough not to switch hotels...seemed safe and was convenient. Beds were comfy.

As usual hidden fees which is discouraging, I paid hotel fee and resort fee thats all expedia said it was, when I got there got hit by a 30 dollar parking fee

Very old hotel. Needs major renovations. Elevators are rundown.
Room was clean but the bunkbed frame was dirty. Ceiling is very low. Rooms are small. "Motel Vibe" .....
We only spent 1 night so it wasn't the end of the world but will definitely not be going back.

The housekeepers put items in the trash that wasnt trash but didn’t even change the bed sheets. I had the same bed sheets for 3 days smh
