The room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly.

Daniel at check in was very courteous, polite and so professional which in itself, is refreshing these days in the “service” industry.

Very hard and slowly service, every time if you need extra towel or tissue, at least need to call 3 times and wait a few hours. The last 2 days, they have never got what you need to your room, even we called 4 times and waited 2 days until check out. I have never met the hotel service like that. Also the attic door suddenly open while we were in the room with kids, it dropped things everywhere, they didn’t even say sorry or didn’t say anything.

Stayed 4 nights and had housekeeping come once and even then they did not refill empty conditioner or lotion containers which were almost empty when we had arrived on first day. Had to ask for additional bath tissue - was not refilled when housekeeping came to clean room. Weird smell in the room.

A lovely breakfast spread put out daily. Great location, beautiful grounds. Clean rooms and common areas, and very friendly staff. The website is an accurate depiction of what tou receive upon arrival.

Great stay, second or third stay no issues…..

The stay was very nice. Excellent breakfast buffet. The only little complaint; the TV channel selections were terrible.

I liked the complimentary parking and breakfast. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sadly, the early afternoon staff was cold and not friendly at all. On the plus side the Dog Park is very close.

Excellent location for shopping. The room and the entire grounds are clean and well kept. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well stocked. Nothing to complain about and we will return when in this are.

I love the fact of staying in a studio room, full kitchen with refrigerator stove , micro etc.. living room . Felt cozy and comfortable.

I have a lot to rant about in this review, so if you don't feel like reading it all I will sum it up briefly. Semen stains on the couches, clogged toilets, horrible service, bed bugs, and just overall unclean. I wanted to like this hotel because the rooms themselves were very nice. They have a seperate bedroom and living area, as well as a small kitchen. For cleanliness and service though, I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I always bring a blacklight to hotels because I used to be a hotel house person, so I know what can go on in rooms. The first room we got we left in less than 5 minutes because there were stains on the couch glowing under the black light (you know what this means). They were kind enough to upgrade our room, but still the same story. The couch had stains glowing under the black light again. I decided it wasn't worth it to complain again and moved the couch into the corner. The next thing to happen was one of the toilets in our room clogged, and overflowed. After this I was hoping to change rooms since that was disgusting, but the front desk said they would send someone to clean it up and unclog it. This sounded acceptable, however the maintenance worker they sent just unclogged the toilet and USED ALL OUR BATH TOWELS TO WIPE UP THE WATER. THEY DID NOT SANITIZE THE FLOOR WHICH WAS CONTAMINATED WITH FECAL MATTER! When I needed to shower I asked for towels and it took them over 1 hour! I would complain more, but hit the word limit!

One of my favorite locations in the desert. La Quinta is close to major highway and roads. Also, great shopping options.
