Clean, brand new hotel. Perfect location - 4 undergrounds/Metro station on 2 min walk. Lots shops nearby. Direct Metro from JFK. Friendly staff. Bar/restaurant on site.

I am very grateful for the attention of the Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District. I spent some wonderful days there and I really liked the good service provided by the hotel staff. I really liked the room, everything was neat and very clean. It is a place where it is impossible to get bored. I definitely recommend this place and I think I will return very soon. special thanks and greetings to my friends at Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District

Really enjoyed our stay there. Location is great so convenient for a number of underground trains. Number on interesting restaurants near by. Uptown or to Brooklyn never been as easy. Only negative I would say is the two elevators which are a bit slow.

The location was ok, near financial district, nothing special. Parking wasn't convenient-- no onsite parking, street parking was impossible, we parked at a park garage a few blocks away. The hotel room has no views but a dirty mess alleyway with construction noise early in the morning. The front desk staff was just being a late night staff (showed no interest in providing additional information, no small talks). We will not come back to this location next time.

Feel at this hotel. The staff at the entire hotel was exceptional! Elevator was very slow however and rooms very small. I would recommend to anyone visiting the Financial District
