It’s a charming place, but it lacks comfort and accessibility. No private parking lot; you have to park downstairs on the street. The front desk girl was very friendly and funny telling us the stories about the ghosts living in the hotel.

Check in great, bathroom inside room was a plus but stool was way too low needs replaced. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room #1 street side might be noisy on weekends but music was lower after 10pm the Thursday we stayed. No tv but not there for that....parking is as quirky as the hotel as we had to park in the lower level and walk up an incline which I wouldn't advise older people with luggage. Our stay was as expected and enjoyed. Excellent check in and out!!!

Very nice, small, historic hotel. Employees are always friendly. Rooms are clean. This is our favorite hotel in Bisbee. If this hotel has no rooms available, we postpone our visit for another time.
