The pool area was terrible. The water park for kids was ice cold. The main pool was cold too when it was supposed to be 82 degrees. The front desk staff were super unfriendly and not fit for customer service. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything.
Less than 10 min walk to Disneyland was the only thing this hotel had going for them.
Will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a great stay. Great sized rooms. Perfect location. Clean. Getting a little dated but lovely basic hotel, perfect for the family trip to Disneyland being a 5-10 min walk.

Easy 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Plenty of options for quick food and sit down restaurants. Room was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 kids. We had a room with bunk beds which the kids loved and a view toward Disneyland allowing us to watch the fireworks show perfectly from our room.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean but the bedding wasn’t which is why I removed a star. It was makeup on my pillow cases.

Great view for the fireworks at Disney and the room was nice overall. Only complaint was the big dome windows on the top floor floors Don’t have any coverings so it’s very bright in the morning.

Our room was very clean, super comfortable, had nice pillows and bedding. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. This was a return stay for us and is our default place when coming to Disneyland.

The hallway smelled and the room also smelled but luckily we were able to just keep the balcony door open the entire stay. Im a bit picky so I’d prefer to stay somewhere newer or cleaner on our next trip.
