This was a great place stay especially in conjunction with a show. We were able to walk to dinner and then the theater venue was right down the street. The people that work here were helpful, happy and accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!

Only 1 out of the 3 elevators were working during our entire stay. We were located on the 7th floor so stairs were not an easy option. One of the front desk staff was rude and said our room wasn’t ready yet, but other families came after us and got their room before us while we just waited in the lobby.

When I arrived for the pre-paid stay (guaranteeing the room and not allowing me to cancel for any reason) at 4pm, I was told by front desk staff that he had "bad news for me". The hotel had overbooked, and the two double-bed room was unavailable; I could either take a king bed or cancel the reservation. As there were four of us (incl. two teenagers), there was no way a single large bed was going to work. Then the reservation desk told me that the problem wouldn't have happened if I booked direct instead of through Expedia and they couldn't tell me about the problem since they didn't have my information. Which was strange as the hotel managed to send me three messages before my arrival describing hotel features and one in the past 24 hours (all through Expedia) asking how my stay was. Now Hyatt is making me fight for my money back (again, because it was pre-paid not like a typical cancellation) due to their terrible booking system and crappy communication. Though I've stayed at this property before, I will not go back.

Expedia needs higher priority when selling rooms. Almost did not get room we booked a month ago because of overselling! Great place though and staff was awesome in making it work out for us!

Just a 1 night stay for my boyfriend’s birthday while we attended an event at the performing arts center across the street. Room was comfy and other than our keys being hit and missed at working there were no issues.
