The property is lovely and in a great location. There is no real dining onsite despite the description so buyer beware. Charging a hefty resort fee is standard for hotels in the area however, not when the amenities are so lacking.

I don’t mind if there are fees but to know them ahead of time. Not the time of check out. $20 for parking $35 for destination fee. For amenities we never used. Staying here to attend a funeral and then get hit with this at the time of check out. Then at 230AM on the 2nd floor an alarm was going off for over an hour. It wouldn’t stop. People arguing and slamming doors. My issue if disclosed from the beginning it wouldn’t be an issue. Find it unprofessional. To be told it’s a state required fee ridiculous

The hotel uses stock photos. There were no bicycles and no lovely walking areas, but plenty of homeless people camped outside the hotel's perimeter, yelling, taking drugs, and plenty of human waste/trash. The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent and accommodating. I booked a "Premier" room, yet the furniture is dinged and dated. The beds and linens were superb. The front desk staff was aloof and sent me another guest's folio; I haven't received my folio yet. I wouldn't stay at this location again, as this wasn't the Hyatt experience I'm accustomed to receiving, and our experience was troubling for kiddos.

No need to charge $20 for parking, was not disclosed when making reservations. Every time I called the front desk, no one would answer. I had to go in person every time I needed something rooms should be cleaned every day not every other day.

Nice lobby with fire place and a bar however no dining options at the hotel for lunch and dinner. The heated pool and jacuzzi were great although the pool was filled with autumn leaves. Our room was spacious and clean.

Really appreciate great customer service . We had issues with co start noise coming from room above us . And the front desk staff were very accommodating and offered us to move to different room . We wanted to give some more time before we took decision reps k n move room . But at the end when the noise was not at all tolerable the front desk transferred us another room in same floor. Thus us great example of taking care of guests . Really appreciate the service . Unfortunately the new room also we started hearing banging sound for sometime but did not want to bother the staff again . And just waited it out for the constant banging sound to stop . It caused disturbed sleep , but can’t fault the service for that . Luckily the noise stopped after 10:15 pm or so . If not for this experience it would have been 10/10 rating .

Horrible front desk lady who was showing me tremendous attitude when I asked her why my rooms weeent cleaned. She said we have house keeping every other day.. to which I showed my surprise and told her that why wasn’t this told to us during check in or a sign in the bathroom or somewhere in the room! She said this is how it is to which I showed some frustration and then she started over the top reacting that I am working here on Thanksgiving and you should be thankful to me that I am working!!! Wait what!! She is not any social service to us for working on Thanksgiving and why did she have to make it personal!!! This was a pathetic experience. We had no coffee or glasses or anything toiletries as they did not even suffice for two days. Be careful or be aware of this policy of theirs
