The hotel was way below average. Not enough towels. No one came in the next day to even make the bed, pick up trash, etc. Shower curtain should have been replaced a long time ago. It was very nasty. The door was hard to close. The couch was stained and old. I will never stay here again.

Looks like they tried to do a makeover of an older hotel but they missed a lot of the little things. Our bathroom door did not close, bottom of cabinet between beds had piece of laminate tore off.

Rooms need some updates! The floor in bathroom looked glued down with replacement tiles. Just needs to be taken care of. The worst part was there was a certain ethnic group that had a party and brought their own food in a smelled up the place badly! Management should not allow this!! It’s ok to have a party but don’t bring in food that smells up the whole building!

Great location right on the north side of Atlanta, which is why it was such a surprise to have little to no WiFi, totally useless. And our room was on the other side of the reception desk & lobby. Not helpful when we’re trying to catch up on work while traveling.

We've been coming here every year for the past 4 years and it's usually great but this time things were horrible.
The biggest concern was the elevator which made a lot of concerning sounds and would get to a floor and just not open the door then we noticed the certificate of safety inspection showed the inspection was over a year expired.
Beyond that the paint was chipping, wall paper was peeling and the carpets and trim looked dirty
