Our first room had black mold growing on the air conditioner vents, and white mold growing on the wood cabinet surrounding the refrigerator. Also, the shower curtain was missing.They put us in another room that was better, but still lacking for the price charged. A hole in the top sheet, bath sink that was 8 inches taller than normal, loose toilet seat, and super-ugly caulk around the shower. Ice machine was not working on 2nd or 3rd floor.

This place needs a serious update. Our shower had rust all along the bottom. Sink was dirty and had hair in it. Toilet kept running. There was a bug crawling on the nightstand. Elevator was not working…. The list goes on. I would not recommend this place unless they hired some more help & underwent a remodel.

The elevator is out of order. The night guy who is a young person, did not take out the old coffee and make fresh before he left. He made bacon and sausage but did not make the eggs or the gravy! Nor was there any hot water for the tea. Also, our tv has been converted to Spanish and your staff was unable to convert it back. So we could not watch the news or wind down. You couldn’t even click on those channels to watch them in Spanish if you wanted too. I believe your cleaning crew is using that room for their breaks whatever. Your front desk lady tried her best to fix it but she couldn’t get the tv to work either. This property needs some qualified help. Clean otherwise.

The promised breakfast wasn't available. The elevator didn't work. The couch in our was completely wore out. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. The microwave worked once, then tripped a breaker. I won't be staying there anytime soon.

Options are limited in this small town. Arrived at check-in around 10pm. No one there to check me in. Waited for about 10 minutes then when the attendant arrived, he notified me that the elevator wasn't working and I was on the 2nd floor. Insane to have to make multiple trips upstairs since I had multiple bags and had a hurt back, so I asked if they had a room downstairs. They said yes, but it would be an upcharge. What? You're elevator is broken, so to accommodate me, for your broken elevator, I had to incur an upcharge to stay downstairs??? This is the type of service that drives customers away. Since I pre-booked from Expedia, it was non-refundable, so I paid the upcharge. I'll be back frequently to this town for business, but I won't be booking here.

Rooms very dirty, pipes burst in walls in the both rooms. Put me in a room that was not supposed to be booked because of plumbing issues and the room they put me in the pipes burst in walls. Elevator had been out for a log time and it was very hard bringing all items up flights of stairs. Night crew and Manager rude and disrespectful. Trash and debris in hallways. It was a Hotel stay from HELL!!!

When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, the elevator was out of service and our room was on the 3rd floor. We had a party who is disabled and had to climb up and down the stairs. He was and still is NOT very happy. He will NEVER stay at this property again. When we got into the room, the TV did not work, and one of the beds was not made. Hotels.com should post whether or not there is construction going on at ANY property so a person can make a informed decision on where to stay. I feel I should be refunded for my stay.

Was not up to standards expected in a LaQuinta. Grass was needing mowing, lobby was under construction, and police car and ambulance in driveway when we arrived made us worry a little. The room next to ours was damaged and back door was propped open with trash can.

The staff is great. The building is good.The furniture was TORN and DIRTY.The room was a suite and there was not 1 chair to sit on just a broken love seat. The lamp shades were cracked.Room was not ready then after it was "ready" the microwave had dirty food patches and 2 sodas were left in the fridge.Toilet paper holder was broken from the wall and just left there. This place was WAY OVER PRICED for the quality.450 for 3 nights is ridiculous for this condition. It was just rundown period..Signs everywhere saying under construction but did not see any going on.The fold out loveseat bed was TORN all over. My grandson refused to sleep there and we had to share the bed with him. It was TERRIBLE.

We arrived a day early and checked in for our vacation. The hot tub in the pictures has been filled in with concrete...I needed it, this was one of the only reasons we booked here. The television was controlled by someone in a different room. We asked the front desk to fix it 3 days in a row. No one ever fixed this. We never got to watch a whole tv show. There was construction happening all over the hotel. The back door would not open to let us in, we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building to go in and out.
